Faculty Council definition

Faculty Council means the council created by that name in accordance with section 28 of the Post Secondary Learning Act; for the purposes of this Agreement voting on decisions required by this Agreement shall be restricted to the staff members in the Faculty.
Faculty Council means the committee appointed under the Statutes of the Senate of the University which directs the academic affairs of the Faculty.
