Student Surveys. 1. Each unit member shall have student surveys conducted by the Office of Instruction in at least one course or noninstructional assignment during the first semester of his/her first assignment at the college. Subsequent student surveys shall take place every six semesters in which the assignment is held.
Student Surveys. The Minister or the Minister’s nominee may conduct surveys of the students being provided with Training Services under this Agreement.
Student Surveys. Student surveys shall be administered between the 40% and 75% completion point of the respective course (For student evaluations use forms in APPENDIX C-5). Instructions to students are to be provided to the students verbatim as set forth in APPENDIX C-5a.
Student Surveys. The DOE shall pilot student surveys during the 2013-2014 at mutually agreed upon schools and in all schools during the 2014-2015 school year. During the pilot, student surveys shall not be used for evaluative purposes. At the conclusion of each pilot year, the DOE and UFT shall meet to discuss the results of the pilot and discuss the possibility of continuing/ discontinuing the pilot and use of the surveys for evaluative purposes. If agreement is not reached at the conclusion of each pilot year, the student surveys shall be used for non-eval- uative purposes in the 2014-2015 school year and evaluative purposes starting in the 2015-16 school year and thereaf- ter. The implementation and scoring of the student surveys in 2015-16 and thereafter shall be consistent with the Commis- sioner’s Decision.
Student Surveys. The Faculty member will obtain his or her own student evaluations from the college at the end of the spring and fall terms. The reviews are to be utilized by the faculty member for improvements in his or her performance and in the course.
Student Surveys. 2830 2831 (a) The District and Association will mutually agree upon the method 2832 and system used for the collection of student surveys in order to 2833 ensure the highest possible participation rate. If changes to the 2834 collection system become necessary, the District and Association 2835 will meet and mutually agree on a new system. If both parties are 2836 unable reach mutual agreement, the Chancellor shall make the final 2837 determination. 2838 2839 (b) Student surveys will be conducted in all classes taught by the 2840 faculty member during the fall and spring semesters so that faculty 2841 can use them for self-improvement. Student surveys are to be 2842 initiated prior to December 1 for the fall semester and prior to May 2843 1 for the spring semester. Student surveys will be available to the 2844 faculty member after the due date for grades. 2845 2846 (c) The objective of student surveys is to determine the student 2847 response to areas such as the fulfillment of the stated and 2848 distributed course objectives, effective communication, and respect 2849 for students’ rights and needs. When a faculty member is being 2850 evaluated, the student surveys for each of the semesters within the 2851 formal evaluation period will be available to the xxxx/academic 2852 administrator or designee and the information may be used in the 2853 faculty performance evaluation. 2855 (c) There is no minimum percentage of student survey responses 2856 required. However, if student respondents for any one class fall 2857 below the required minimums (as outlined below), such responses 2858 may only be used by the xxxx/academic administrator for the 2859 purpose of ensuring that the faculty member is meeting their 2860 professional obligations and/or adhering to Board Policy 2861 requirements, after validation by the xxxx/academic administrator. 2862 2863 Required Minimums based on census enrollments:

Student Surveys i. Quantitative (numerical) student survey results will be included in the evaluation, including the number of student responses received. Survey results will be weighted accordingly based on student response rate.
Student Surveys. XXX agrees to the use of assessors outside Ohio only if there are insufficient qualified assessors within the state. ODE and Teachscape shall mutually agree on a protocol for teachers that submit portfolios without video. Teachscape will require assurance from teachers but shall have no responsibility to confirm that teachers who submit portfolios with video have obtained the appropriate parental permissions. Software developed as part of this contract, and any amendments to this contract, constitutes Teachscape’s exclusive Intellectual Property. Teachscape is not liable for any legal challenges brought by any educator related to the RESA program, unless that challenge is a direct result of malfeasance on the part of Teachscape. Teachscape shall ensure that all copyright holders to the RESA Instrument and Handbook are licensed to ODE free of charge through June 30, 2019. Teachscape and ODE shall have exclusive authority to decide the final contents of the RESA Instrument and Handbook. All other terms and conditions of the documents that comprise the contract between the State and Teachscape shall remain the same. *AMENDMENT 07/01/15 Educopia and the State agree to amend Contract XXX000000 to eliminate section 9: Student Survey of the currently amended contract, and to move those resources to section 6: Instrument Development and Research.
