Student Evaluations. Student evaluations shall be completed by the end of the 12th week of the Fall semester.
Student Evaluations. 13.07.1 The results of any student evaluations conducted by the employer and over which the employer retains sole jurisdiction, shall not be made available to third parties except in the performance of their duties and in accordance with the terms of this collective agreement. Per Article 12.24 such evaluations, or a summary of, may also be placed in an employee’s Professional Performance and Service File with the employee’s written agreement.
Student Evaluations. Student rating data shall function primarily as a means to faculty self-improvement, but shall also function as one source of information regarding teaching effectiveness. Student ratings should not be the sole source of information about teaching effectiveness. It is the faculty member's responsibility to provide additional evidence of competence as suggested in 16.§3.2 and 16.§3.3.
Student Evaluations. 8.5.1 Each fall semester, the supervising administrator will conduct student evaluations in all of the faculty member’s classes. This may be done more frequently at the discretion of the administrator, the peer evaluators, or by request of the probationary faculty member.
Student Evaluations. Section 19.6.1 Student evaluations of faculty members (C5) shall be distributed to two (2) classes taught by that faculty member during the semester of evaluation. The sections and times for which Student Evaluation Forms are to be administered shall be selected by the faculty member and recorded during the Pre-Evaluation Conference with the School Xxxx or approved Administrator. For non-teaching faculty, student evaluations will be distributed and collected in a manner as described on the individual evaluation forms for each appropriate area.
Student Evaluations. The candidate is required to administer to students the student evaluation of teaching (form M1 – regular course, M2 – online course) during the last 4 weeks of the semester. The evaluation should be given to all students in all of the classes being taught during the fall semester. It is the candidate’s responsibility to administer the evaluation in such a way that students have the opportunity to be fair without fear of reprisal. Student evaluations should be submitted to the area xxxx as per District policies.

Student Evaluations a. At or near the completion of each course taught by a faculty member, each student shall have the opportunity to participate in an evaluation of the course and the faculty member’s delivery of the course using an online evaluation, currently called “Class Climate”.
Student Evaluations. 18.L.5.a Professors With Rehire Rights: After an adjunct professor has established rehire rights, they shall conduct student evaluations within the establish evaluation period for each preparation in either the fall or spring semester as requested by the department chair or appropriate manager. These evaluations will be conducted online unless requested by the processore. If the professor requests paper student evaluations, then the professor shall submit the student evaluations, including a tally of the ratings and a file of scanned written comments, to the department chair or appropriate manager by the end of the 11th week of the semester.
Student Evaluations. Student evaluations shall take place during the third quarter of each course section assigned to a faculty member being evaluated. A summary report of the student responses to the Instructor Evaluation Form will be made available to the faculty member, department chairs or faculty coordinator, and appropriate academic administrators before the end of the fourteenth week of the semester. This timeline will be proportionally adjusted for assignments shorter than 16 weeks. The summary report will be placed in the Evaluation File along with any other student evaluations selected by the Evaluatee. The envelope containing the Evaluation Comment Forms will be returned unopened to the faculty member after the final grades are submitted. Neither the student evaluation forms nor the summary report shall be placed in the faculty member’s personnel file unless requested by the faculty member.
