Excluded Facilities means all casino facilities, as defined in section 3772.01 of the Revised Code; all video lottery terminal facilities, as authorized in section 3770.21 of the Revised Code; and all sports gaming facilities, as defined in section 3775.01 of the Revised Code.

Excluded Facilities has the meaning assigned to such term in the Section 3.3(e), below.
