Night Flying Sample Clauses

The Night Flying clause defines the rules and conditions under which aircraft operations may occur during nighttime hours. Typically, this clause outlines specific requirements such as additional pilot qualifications, equipment standards, or operational limitations that must be met for flights conducted after sunset and before sunrise. Its core practical function is to ensure safety and compliance with regulatory standards during night operations, addressing the increased risks and challenges associated with reduced visibility and different flight conditions at night.
