Contracts in Force. No Contract has been satisfied, subordinated, or rescinded, nor has any Financed Vehicle been released from the Lien granted by the related Contract in whole or in part.
Contracts in Force. The Contract has not been pledged, encumbered, satisfied, subordinated, waived, restricted, rescinded or held to be invalid or unenforceable, and the Financed Vehicle has not been released from the lien granted by the Contract in whole or in part nor has the Financed Vehicle been damaged to such degree that materially affects the value of the Financed Vehicle since the date of sale of the Financed Vehicle to Obligor.
Contracts in Force. No Contract has been satisfied, subordinated or rescinded, and the Financed Vehicle securing each such Contract has not been released from the lien of the related Contracts in whole or in part. No terms of any Contract have been waived, altered or modified in any respect since its origination, except by instruments or documents identified in the Legal File. No Contract has been modified as a result of application of the Servicemembers Civil Relief Act, as amended. All funds payable to or on behalf of the Obligors with respect to the Contracts have been fully disbursed.
Contracts in Force. No Contract has been satisfied, subordinated ------------------ or rescinded, and the Financed Vehicle securing each such Contract has not been released from the lien of the related Contract in whole or in part. No terms of any Contract have been waived, altered or modified in any respect since its origination, except as expressly permitted pursuant to paragraph 1(J) above by instruments or documents identified in the Contract File. No Contract has been modified as a result of application of the Soldiers' and Sailors' Civil Relief Act of 1940, as amended.
Contracts in Force. The Contract has not been satisfied, subordinated, waived, restricted, rescinded or held to be invalid or unenforceable, and the Financed Vehicle has not been released from the lien granted by the Contract in whole or in part. NO AMENDMENT OR WAIVER. No provision of the Contract has been amended, waived, altered or modified in any respect, except pursuant to a document, instrument or writing included in the Contract File and reflected in the Electronic Ledger and no such amendment, waiver, alteration or modification causes such Contract not to conform to the other warranties contained in this Section, nor renders it invalid or unenforceable.
Contracts in Force. Each of the agreements related to ------------------ the Operating Business are valid and binding and in full force and effect, enforceable against the parties thereto in accordance with its terms (except as enforcement may be limited by bankruptcy, insolvency or other laws affecting enforcement of creditors' rights generally and general equitable principles). To Xxxxxxx'x knowledge, no other party to any of the contracts being transferred pursuant to this Agreement is in default under such contract in any material respect. The contracts being transferred pursuant to this Agreement constitute all of the agreements which are related to the Operating Business.
Contracts in Force. Each of the agreements related to the ------------------ Personal Property are valid and binding and in full force and effect, enforceable against the parties thereto in accordance with its terms (except as enforcement may be limited by bankruptcy, insolvency or other laws affecting enforcement of creditors' rights generally and general equitable principles). To Lichtin's knowledge, no other party to any contract being transferred pursuant to this Agreement is in default under such contract in any material respect. The contracts, if any, being transferred pursuant to this Agreement constitute all of the agreements which are related to the Personal Property.
Contracts in Force. The Sellers have delivered to Buyer true, current and complete copies of the Assumed Contracts. The Assumed Contracts are in full force and

The Contract and the related Note are fully valid and enforceable without leave of any court against the Obligor and not in dispute or subject to cancellation or rescission by the Obligors named in the Notes. Seller has taken no action in respect of the Contract such that such Contract or the related Note has been satisfied, subordinated, waived, restricted, rescinded, impaired or would be held to be invalid or unenforceable.
Contracts in Force.
