SPECIAL. STIPULATIONS If this box is checked, additional terms of this Lease are set forth on Exhibit B attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference. (Note: Under North Carolina law, real estate agents are not permitted to draft lease provisions.) THIS DOCUMENT IS A LEGAL DOCUMENT. EXECUTION OF THIS DOCUMENT HAS LEGAL CONSEQUENCES THAT COULD BE ENFORCEABLE IN A COURT OF LAW. THE NORTH CAROLINA ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS® MAKES NO REPRESENTATIONS CONCERNING THE LEGAL SUFFICIENCY, LEGAL EFFECT OR TAX CONSEQUENCES OF THIS DOCUMENT OR THE TRANSACTION TO WHICH IT RELATES AND RECOMMENDS THAT YOU CONSULT YOUR ATTORNEY.
SPECIAL. 1. A Flight Attendant assigned by the Company to duty away from her/his crew base on a temporary or special basis, such as recruitment or publicity/promotional assignments, shall be reimbursed for all reasonable actual expenses incurred, substantiated by receipts when required.
SPECIAL. STIPULATIONS—In addition to observing the general obligations and standards of performance set out in the current regulations, the lessee shall comply with and be bound by the following stipulations. These stipulations are also imposed upon the lessee's agents and employees. The failure or refusal of any of these persons to comply with these stipulations shall be deemed a failure of the lessee to comply with the terms of the lease. The lessee shall require his agents, contractors and subcontractors involved in activities concerning this lease to include these stipulations in the contracts between and among them. These stipulations may be revised or amended, in writing, by the mutual consent of the lessor and the lessee at any time to adjust to changed conditions or to correct an oversight.
SPECIAL. The Recipient may from time to time request the Provider in writing to perform additional services and the Recipient shall respond in writing, providing an estimate of the cost for such additional services. Thereafter, the Provider shall provide the Recipient with such additional services, if any, as the Parties agreed upon from time to time by a duly executed amendment, subject to the filing requirements of applicable law. These services may be provided by PNX or Nassau as requested by the Recipient. SPECIAL. Special meetings of the stockholders may be called by the Board and shall be called by the Secretary at the request in writing of the holders of record of at least twenty-five percent of the outstanding stock of the corporation entitled to vote. Special meetings shall be held within or without the State of Delaware, as the Board shall designate.

SPECIAL. We may add newly available divisions as Special Funds. We may also reclassify an existing division as a Special Fund or remove such designation upon 30 days notice to you. Such reclassification will apply to amounts transferred or otherwise added to such division after the date of change. We may reduce the Mortality and Expense Risk Charge (if applicable) for that portion of the Contract invested in a Special Fund.
SPECIAL. CHARGES If permitted by applicable law, Agent may collect from tenants any or all of the following: and administrative charge for late payment of rent, a charge for returned or non-negotiable checks, a credit report fee, an administrative charge and/or commission for subleasing.
