DATE OF TRANSFER. Transfer of the Property shall be registered by the conveyancers into the name of the Purchaser as soon as possible after or simultaneously with the opening of the sectional title register provided that the Purchaser fulfilled all of the Purchaser’s obligations in terms of the Contract, including payment of the Purchase price.
DATE OF TRANSFER. Transfer will be affected as soon as possible after the Purchaser has complied with all its obligations in terms of this Agreement.
DATE OF TRANSFER. The maximum waiting period between acceptance and movement to the position will be two (2) weeks. If there is a need to make an exception to this waiting period, the date of transfer will be arrived at by mutual agreement between the Union and the District.
DATE OF TRANSFER. Provided that the Closing occurs, it is the intent of the Parties that the Acquired Assets be transferred to Purchaser effective as of 12:00:01 a.m. on the Effective Date. Further, the Assumed Liabilities shall be transferred to and assumed by Purchaser effective as of 12:00:01 a.m. on the Effective Date.
DATE OF TRANSFER. The Date of Transfer is defined as the date upon which SR 44 will transfer from INDOT to the CITY. The CITY should expect transfer of this Agreement within 4 weeks of full execution of this Agreement by the Office of Attorney General. The CITY will be notified by certified mail of the exact date and time of transfer providing at least a two week notice of the actual date of transfer. The City agrees to have an official truck route described in Section 1.5 below signed and opened to traffic on the official date of transfer.

Transfer of the property shall be registered by the conveyancers into the name of the Purchaser as soon as possible after or simultaneously with the opening of the sectional title register as well as the date on which the Seller delivers to the Purchaser at the Purchaser’s address referred to in clause 17 hereof a written notice informing the Purchaser that the requirements of section 6(1) of the Housing Development Schemes for Retired Persons Act have been complied with in relation to the housing development scheme, provided that the Purchaser has fulfilled all of the Purchaser’s obligations in terms of the Contract, including payment of the purchase price.
DATE OF TRANSFER. The completion date of this equity transfer is in 31st December, 2020.
