Shop xxxxxxx compensation. 1. No deductions shall be made from the salaries of the shop xxxxxxx or the alternate shop xxxxxxx deputising for the shop xxxxxxx if said representative, during working hours, negotiates with the employ- er’s representatives or otherwise performs tasks agreed with the employer.

The first such discussion shall take place within two months of the beginning of the term of office of the shop xxxxxxx, and further discussions shall take place annually thereafter. The parties to these discussions shall be each shop xxxxxxx together with the corresponding employer’s representative, and where necessary, all shop stewards together. In these discussions, feedback shall be provided from both sides, which shall serve as the basis for efforts to improve co-operation still further. The objectives to be assigned to the bargaining system and the activities of shop stewards shall also be considered together, and attention shall be paid to the manner in which local conditions and the scope of local bargaining affect the statistical information to be provided to a shop xxxxxxx. The need, timetable and objectives of training for the duties of a shop xxxxxxx shall also be planned at this time. Information to be provided to a shop xxxxxxx The employer shall ensure that the shop xxxxxxx is notified at the earliest opportunity of all matters affecting directly or indirectly senior salaried employees at the workplace in question. In the event of any uncertainties or disputes concerning the issues relating to the employment relationship of a senior salaried employee, the shop xxxxxxx shall be provided with all information required for investigating the case in question. A shop xxxxxxx must have a written consent by the senior salaried employee concerned to acquire the information. The written consent may be for example an e-mail message.   • Annual Compensation The Executive’s “Annual Compensation” for purposes of determining severance payable under this Agreement shall be deemed to mean the sum of (i) the annual rate of Base Salary as of the Date of Termination, and (ii) the cash bonus, if any, earned by the Executive for the calendar year immediately preceding the year in which the Date of Termination occurs.

  • Full Compensation Subrecipient agrees to accept the specified compensation as set forth in this Contract as full remuneration for performing all services and furnishing all staffing and materials required, for any reasonably unforeseen difficulties which may arise or be encountered in the execution of the services until acceptance, for risks connected with the services, and for performance by the Subrecipient of all its duties and obligations hereunder.

  • Basic Compensation (a) SALARY. (d) If, within seven (7) business days after our confirmation of the original purchase order for shares of a Portfolio, such shares are redeemed by the issuing Portfolio or tendered for redemption by the customer, you agree (i) to refund promptly to us the full amount of any agency fee, distribution payment, or service payment paid to you on such shares, and (ii) if not yet paid to you, to forfeit the right to receive any agency fee, distribution payment, or service payment payable to you on such shares. We will notify you of any such redemption within ten (10) days after the date of the redemption. 4.

  • Callout Compensation A regular employee who is called back to work outside their regular working hours shall be compensated for a minimum of three hours at overtime rates. They shall be compensated from the time they leave their home to report for duty until the time they arrive back upon proceeding directly to and from work.

  • Termination Compensation Termination Compensation equal to two (2) times the Executive's Base Period Income shall be paid to the Executive in a single sum payment in cash on the thirtieth (30th) business day after the later of (a) the Control Change Date and (b) the date of the Executive's employment termination; provided that if at the time of the Executive's termination of employment the Executive is a Specified Employee, then payment of the Termination Compensation to the Executive shall be made on the first day of the seventh (7th) month following the Executive's employment termination.
