SECURITY GUARD MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS. A. The Contractor shall conduct and maintain a comprehensive pre-employment check of each person to determine suitability of employment. All costs associated with the pre-employment check shall be at no cost to the County. All pre-employment records shall be provided or made available for inspection by an authorized Orange County representative or designee. The pre• employment check shall include at a minimum the following: I. Five (5) year employment background.

SECURITY GUARD MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS. The Contractor shall provide a physical examination to each employee to determine suitability for hire prior to assignment to an Orange County post. The Contractor shall pay for the cost of all physical examinations. Physical examinations shall include, but is not limited to: All employees shall be in good health without physical limitations that would interfere with the performance of duties physically capable of performing all essential job duties, with or without reasonable accommodation All employees shall have sight/color distinguishing ability shall be sufficient to perform essential duties as assigned All employees shall have hearing capacity shall be sufficient to perform essential duties as assigned The Contractor shall be responsible for completion of all assigned essential and non-essential duties. If there are assigned duties to a specific post that are considered non-essential by the Contractor, the Contractor shall be responsible for ensuring that those assigned duties are completed as required, at no additional cost to the County.

All costs associated with the pre-employment checks shall be the responsibility of the Contractor. The Contractor shall provide a pre-employment checklist verifying that the following minimum qualifications are met prior to employment of any guard. • Active license(s) per State requirementsProof of meeting age requirement, all guards shall be at least 21 years old. • A valid Driver's license check • Verifiable work history • Urinalysis results for detection of controlled substances • All guards shall have a minimum of one-year experience performing similar work • All Armed Level III Security Guard shall have a minimum of three (3) years’ experience as an armed guard or meet one of the following requirements:

  • Minimum Qualifications If applicable pursuant to Article 3, I acknowledge that the Bidder meets the minimum qualification requirements established for this solicitation.

  • Staff Qualifications a) CONTRACTOR shall ensure that all individuals employed, contracted, and/or otherwise hired by CONTRACTOR to provide classroom and/or individualized instruction or related services hold a license, certificate, permit, or other document equivalent to that which staff in a public school are required to hold in the service rendered consistent with Education Code section 56366.1(n)(1) and are qualified pursuant to Title 5 of the California Code of Regulations sections 3064 and 3065.

  • Contractor Qualifications Contractor warrants that Contractor has the necessary licenses, experience and technical skills to provide services under this Contract.

  • Vendor Qualifications Minimum Qualifications Based on the Contractor’s submission, OGS has determined that Contractor met the minimum qualifications for the lot(s) as identified in Appendix G, Contractor and OGS Information. If Contractor is awarded Lot 1 as a New York State Certified Minority- or Women- Owned Business Enterprise or as a New York State Small Business, Contractor agrees that it must retain at least one of such statuses to retain its Lot 1 award. Should a Contractor no longer retain at least one of such statuses, OGS shall suspend its Lot 1 award and the Contractor shall not be able to respond to Authorized User’s requests. If the Contractor fails to regain at least one of the statuses within 90 calendar days and provide OGS with documentation of such status, then its Lot 1 award shall be terminated. Any transaction awarded prior to Contractor’s loss of such statuses may continue until completion, unless otherwise terminated in accordance with this Contract. Lot 1– For projects up to $200,000 total Eligibility for this Lot is limited to the following:  Contractor is a New York State Certified Minority- or Women-Owned Business Enterprise; or  Contractor meets the definition of a New York State Small Business which is as follows: o A business which is resident in New York State, independently owned and operated, not dominant in its field and employs one hundred or less persons (see State Finance Law section 160(8)).

  • Incorporation, Good Standing, and Due Qualification Each of the Borrower and its Subsidiaries is duly incorporated, validly existing and in good standing under the laws of the jurisdiction of its incorporation, has the corporate power and authority to own its assets and to transact the business in which it is now engaged or proposed to be engaged, and is duly qualified as a foreign corporation and in good standing under the laws of each other jurisdiction in which such qualification is required.
