Required Qualifications definition

Required Qualifications means that the records of the University, or other knowledge made known to the University, establish that the employee has the education, training, and experience as posted, and indicates with reasonable certainty that the employee will be able to perform competently the full range of duties of the regular opening within a reasonable period of time. The postings will clearly state that the required qualifications must be met by the candidate in order to be interviewed and considered for the position.
Required Qualifications means successful completion of a recognized educational program and possession of any required educational or vocational certificates and professional licenses. “Ability to perform the normal duties of the job” means the ability to competently perform the normal requirements of the job following an appropriate familiarization period or an appropriate training and trial period. The Employer may not curtail the training or trial period without just cause before it has run its normal course.
Required Qualifications means the qualifications for each Job Class as they appear in Appendix A and Appendix A.1 of the Collective Agreement.

  • For the avoidance of doubt, if following such notices, no candidate on such notices is hired, the hiring of any other candidate shall again be subject to the procedures set forth in the preceding three sentences (except that CME Group may then not reject any of such candidates for any reason but may only reject a candidate who does not have the Required Qualifications or who has a conflict of interest).
