Level III definition

Level III means a level of detail in the CPM Schedule which is an implementation (control) schedule used to direct the Work by providing schedule parameters to the more detailed implementation level, identify and resolve schedule problems, status progress in terms of Milestones, measure the impact of scope changes and delays, develop recovery plans, and support schedule-related contractual action. The work breakdown structure in the Level III CPM Schedule is at an area level, and shall involve over two thousand (2,000) activities. The Level III CPM Schedule is developed with the assistance of and accepted by Contractor’s Key Personnel. All Major Equipment (including bulk material requirements) are scheduled at area level and detailed construction activities at each commodity level follow the same area concept. The Subcontract schedules are similarly developed for each area, as applicable.
Level III shall exist at any time the Leverage Ratio is less than 3.00:1.0 but equal to or greater than 2.50:1.0.
Level III means serious acts of misconduct including, but not limited to, serious disruptions of the school environment, threats to health, safety or property, and/ or other acts of serious misconduct. These serious acts of misconduct may result in immediate out-of-school suspension.

More Definitions of Level III

Level III means that the student achieves at a proficient level. Students performing at this level consistently demonstrate mastery of grade level subject matter and skills and are well prepared for the next grade level.
Level III. If the complaint is not resolved at Level II then if the complainant desires to have the complaint heard by the Governing Board, he/she shall so advise the Superintendent in writing and the Superintendent shall provide a copy of the written complaint to the Board of Trustees.

Level III. If the grievance has not been resolved at Level II, the grievance may be appealed to the school board, provided such appeal is filed within ten (10) days of the receipt of the answer in Level II. Within fifteen (15) days of receipt of an appeal from Level II, the school board, its committee, or its designee, shall meet with the grievant(s) and within six (6) days of the meeting shall reduce its decision to writing. Should the school board, its committee, or its designee, not meet within the fifteen (15) day period with the grievant(s), the grievance shall be considered denied by the school board and the grievant(s) may proceed pursuant to Section 3 hereof.
