Other Projects has the meaning set forth in the Contribution Agreement.

Other Projects means any “project” as defined in Section 260E.2 of the Act undertaken by the College pursuant to the Act or the Supplemental Act.

More Definitions of Other Projects

Other Projects means the projects set forth on Exhibit A under the heading “Other Projects.”
