Chargeable Costs definition

Chargeable Costs is defined in Section 3.02(a).
Chargeable Costs means the sum of (i) the Post Production Cost Charge, plus (ii) Excess Costs from prior Computation Periods, plus (iii) Taxes incurred, accrued or paid by Assignor; provided, that such costs are actually paid by Assignor during the relevant Computation Period or paid by Assignor during a prior Computation Period and not included in any prior Computation Period’s Chargeable Costs. For the avoidance of doubt, all costs associated with, incurred or paid in connection with the drilling, testing, completing and equipping for production of the Development Xxxxx shall be borne solely by Assignor and shall not be included as Chargeable Costs.
Chargeable Costs means the sum of (i) the Post Production Cost Charge, plus (ii) Excess Costs from prior Computation Periods, plus (iii) Taxes incurred, accrued or paid by Assignor; provided, that such costs are actually paid by Assignor during the relevant Computation Period or paid by Assignor during a prior Computation Period and not included in any prior Computation Period’s Chargeable Costs; provided that ad valorem and similar Taxes shall be considered Chargeable Costs for the Computation Period in which they are accrued.

Examples of Chargeable Costs in a sentence

  • The payment application will include all Chargeable Costs incurred by the Prime Consultant and General Contractor for that calendar month.

  • The General Contractor’s Chargeable Costs are set forth in Exhibit F.

  • The agreed overhead rate compensates the Prime Consultant for costs or expenses it incurs other than the Chargeable Costs set forth in Sections 1 and 2 and not excluded by Section 3 of this Exhibit.

  • Any such offset will be reversed after Project Final Completion if the actual Chargeable Costs do not exceed the Target Cost.

  • These fines and penalties are not Chargeable Costs unless approved by the PMT.


More Definitions of Chargeable Costs

Chargeable Costs are cost categories that include the Prime Consultant and General Contractor costs incurred in the performance of the Work (excluding profit) as more specifically defined in Exhibits E and F and are chargeable against the Target Cost. Prime Consultant and General Contractor will require that profit and risk register be excluded from Chargeable Costs of their Risk/Reward Subcontractors and Risk/Reward Subconsultants.
Chargeable Costs means the sum of (i) Taxes, (ii) the Post Production Cost ----------------- Charge and (iii) any Excess Costs. All other costs, including, without limitation, those costs associated with or paid or incurred in connection with the drilling, testing, completing, equipping for production, operating and plugging and abandoning of the Wells shall be borne solely by Assixxxx and shall not be included as Chargeable Costs.
Chargeable Costs means those cost items which the Client/ Member shall be responsible for paying as set out Schedule 1 below (when applicable; these apply to work gained by the Client/ Member after the three (3) month MoPhe’ Fashion & Modeling training/ education course has been completed and solely based upon the contract of the hiring agency).
Chargeable Costs means the following cost items agreed in writing between the Company and the Model in advance and payable, as applicable, by the Model (unless incurred on a client’s behalf and agreed as chargeable to that client):
