Replacement Products definition

Replacement Products means any Productswhich are substantially similar to any of the Products and which the Customer receives in substitution for any of the Products following the Call Off Expiry Date, whether those Products are provided by the Customer internally and/or by any third party;
Replacement Products means those pressure sensitive label stock products that are “improved” or “re-engineered” specifications for Existing Products, New Products or subsequent Replacement Products. Replacement Products will be designated using the Product Description Form.
Replacement Products means the Products that are listed on Exhibit B by Interpharm from time to time, and as may be amended from time to time.

  • Notwithstanding the foregoing, Seller may make a proposal or offer to Buyer to provide Replacement Products hereunder.

More Definitions of Replacement Products

Replacement Products. Replacement products shall be covered under this Limited Warranty for the time period remaining in the original Warranty Period or for a period of ninety (90) days from delivery of the replacement part or product, whichever is longer.
Replacement Products means a product that contains substantially similar functionality as contained in the SaaS Solution as a separate, renamed, revised, upgraded or replacement product, or group of products.
Replacement Products. The CNA shall respond to Commission supplied information regarding replacement products. The Commission will provide the report on or about the third Thursday after the end of each quarter. The CNA shall conduct an analysis of all products that are included in the report and have been replaced on the Procurement List to determine if the item that was replaced should be deleted from the PL. The CNA shall provide a response to the Commission no later than ten (10) business days after receipt of the report. The report shall include the following elements: PL Number, PLIMS Transaction Identification (TID) for the original addition (if applicable), PLIMS TID for the replacement product (if applicable), NSN, NSN Name, contracting activity (ies), and producing nonprofit agency (ies).
Replacement Products. Products that have been sent by EnGenius to replace Qualified Products requiring service.
Replacement Products has the meaning set forth in Exhibit D.
Replacement Products means a Seed Treatment Formulation that is the same as an Existing Formulation in all of following ways: (a) it is registered, or submitted or to be submitted for registration in Canada, (b) it acts as a substitute for an Existing Formulation being supplied or distributed to the Purchaser or its Affiliates by the Seller or its Affiliates, (c) it covers one or more of the same crops (provided that if the Seed Treatment Formulation covers additional crops, it shall be a Replacement Product only with respect to the crop covered by the Existing Formulation), and (d) it has the same spectrum of control against Pests and disease. The Active Ingredient Ipconazole and any Formulations containing Ipconazole shall not be considered Replacement Products with respect to Canada and any Lindane-containing Formulations for Seed Treatment uses and applications in Canada shall not be considered Replacement Products.
Replacement Products means the products identified as such in Schedule 1 and such other products agreed by the Parties from time to time.
