Shipping. Axon may make partial shipments and ship Axon Devices from multiple locations. All shipments are FOB shipping point via common carrier. Title and risk of loss pass to Agency upon Axon’s delivery to the common carrier. Agency is responsible for any shipping charges in the Quote.

Shipping. 1. Profits derived by an enterprise of a Contracting State from the operation of ships in international traffic shall be taxable only in that Contracting State.
Shipping. INSTRUCTIONS No charges shall be allowed for packing, crating, freight and/or any other shipping services unless so specified in this Order. Seller shall comply with Xxxxx's shipping instructions. Order number(s) shall appear on all correspondence, shipping labels and shipping documents, including all packing slips, bills of lading, air bills and invoices. All packing slips shall include Buyer’s part number, where applicable, description, quantity, and a statement as to whether the Order is partially or completely filled

Shipping. Anticipated shipment dates for Hardware Products shall be as specified in Vocera’s written acceptance of the Purchase Order. Vocera will package and ship the Hardware Products, EX WORKS Vocera’s point- of-origin (in accordance with Incoterms 2000). The Hardware Products will be shipped to the location specified on the Purchase Order, by a mode of shipment selected by Vocera and agreed upon by End User. In the absence of specific shipping and routing instructions, Vocera reserves the right to make selections of common carrier and method of shipment. Vocera shall endeavor to obtain commercially reasonable rates from its shipping vendors for shipments hereunder. Title to the Hardware (except title to Software incorporated therein), and risk of loss or damage will pass to End User upon delivery of the Hardware Products by Vocera to a common carrier. Vocera reserves the right to make partial shipments by line item to End User and invoice End User for such partial shipments. If the shipment of a Hardware Product is delayed by more than 10 Business Days from the anticipated shipment date provided by Vocera, End User’s sole and exclusive remedy for such late shipment is the right to cancel the order on two Business Days’ notice to Vocera.
Shipping. The Products are to be packaged in a manner that assures they are protected against deterioration and contamination. All shipments are to meet applicable D.O.T. Regulations. Serial numbers noted on the packing slip must match the serial number of the actual goods shipped. Incorrect or questionable documentation of serial numbers may result in shipment rejection. Shipments rejected due to Provider error will be returned solely at Provider's cost.

Shipping. Unless otherwise expressly provided in this Contract all Products shall be shipped Ex Works (INCOTERMS 2000). With respect to Seller’s responsibilities to facilitate proper shipping and Product receipt (i) all Products will be packed and marked in accordance with Company’s directions; (ii) packing slips must accompany each shipment and identify the purchase order number and the purchase order line number to which the shipment relates, release number, the part number and part quantity, the shipment number and receiving plant; (iii) where multiple packages comprise a single shipment each package will be shown on packing slips, bills of lading, and invoices; (iv) Seller will mark the Products in accordance with the standards of the Uniform Commercial Code; and (v) Seller will issue to Company advance shipping notices as requested by Company. In addition to the generality of the foregoing, if this Contract expressly provides that Products are to be shipped CIP Company location (INCOTERMS 2000) or by some other shipping method for which Seller is responsible, then (i) Seller shall ship the Products in accordance with Company’s instructions; (ii) all drayage, demurrage, storage, insurance, packing and related charges will be paid by Seller unless otherwise provided in the Contract; (iii) Seller shall mark all shipments of Products in conformance with the requirements of the common carriers to be used by Seller; (iv) Seller shall secure the lowest transportation costs consistent with the shipping requirements of this Contract; and (v) Seller will be responsible for all extra charges incurred because of Seller’s failure to follow Company’s shipping instructions, including those related to delivery schedules, whether or not Seller’s liability for general damages is excused under other provisions of this Contract. Notwithstanding any other provision of this Contract, Seller will pay all express and other charges necessary to expedite delivery to enable Seller to meet the delivery schedule or the requirements of the Firm Releases issued by Company, and Seller will ship all late shipments by express or other priority methods of delivery at its expense. Upon delivery of Products to Company, all containers, packing and crating material shall become property of the Company.

Shipping. 6.1 The price set forth by Iron Mountain in its Purchase Order or Statement of Work includes all shipping, handling and transportation costs to deliver the Goods to the designated Iron Mountain location (estimated if so indicated) and the cost of installing the Goods in Iron Mountain’s facility (if so specified) at the indicated location. Goods will be deemed delivered to Iron Mountain when assembled in accordance with specifications and accepted in writing by Iron Mountain.
