Restrictions/Limitations. Consultant is under no obligation or restriction which would in any way interfere or be inconsistent with, or present a conflict of interest concerning the services to be furnished to Fonix under this Agreement. Consultant will not enter into any such obligation or restriction prior to the termination of this Agreement.
Restrictions/Limitations. This Agreement may not be used for Influencer-Produced Sponsored Content being produced for a campaign involving any signatory and/or JPC authorizer advertiser or advertising agency to the 2019 SAG-AFTRA Commercials Contract or any successor agreement. The Influencer-Produced Sponsored Content must be set-forth in a standalone contract and may not be included in a contract that also provides for services covered under any other SAG-AFTRA contract (for example, television commercials or motion pictures). This Agreement only applies to Influencer-Produced Sponsored Content produced and wholly owned by Producer or Influencer and not to work being performed as a “work made for hire,” as that term is defined under 17 U.S.C. §101 for the Advertiser, an advertising agency, or any other party.
Restrictions/Limitations. C&A Products shall comply and shall cause its Affiliates and sublicensees to comply at all times with Textron's then-current guidelines for the use of the Textron Intellimold Trademarks. C&A Products agrees to reasonably cooperate and cause its Affiliates to cooperate with Textron in facilitating Textron's monitoring of the nature and quality of the products and services for which the Textron Intellimold Trademarks are used. Textron shall have the right immediately to suspend C&A Products' and its Affiliates' use of the Textron Intellimold Trademarks, in whole or in part, if such usage is improper or inconsistent with the terms of this Agreement or otherwise reflects negatively on Textron or any of its Affiliates or their respective products or businesses. Except as expressly provided in this Section 3.2, nothing herein shall grant to any party any right, title or interest in another party's Trademarks. At no time during the term of this Agreement shall any party challenge or assist others to challenge another party's Trademarks or the registration thereof or attempt to register or cause to be registered another party's Trademarks or any trademarks, service marks or trade names confusingly similar to those of the other party. Each party understands and agrees that all use of and goodwill associated with each other party's Trademarks will inure to the benefit of such other party.

Upon complete reimbursement, the teacher shall be entitled to any general wage increase which would have been applicable to the teacher during the time period at issue; and ● Teachers should not rely upon the continuation of this retirement enhancement program in subsequent collective bargaining agreements. Unless the parties agree to continue this benefit in a subsequent collective bargaining agreement, it shall terminate upon the expiration of this agreement and will not be available to teachers who have not applied for the benefit prior to the expiration date of this agreement.

Restrictions/Limitations. To protect the sample from contamination on the exterior of a tap, a tap shall not be chosen for sampling if any of the following conditions exist: ▪ A leaky tap allowing water to flow out from around the stem of the valve handle and down the outside of the faucet. ▪ A tap located too close to the bottom of the sink or the ground surface. ▪ A tap that allows water to run up on the outside of the lip. A temporary fluctuation in line pressure may cause sheets of microbial growth, lodged in some pipe sections or faucet connections, to break loose. Careful sampling for VOC analysis, or for any other compound(s) that may be degraded by aeration, is necessary to minimize sample disturbance and, hence, analyte loss.

During such period of time Westside and EBS agree not to acquire from any other party any oil and gas leases, mineral interests, overriding royalty interests, or other interest in the mineral estate in and to any lands lying within the prospect area, except as expressly provided herein, without the express written consent of the other party.
