Restriction on Transferability. Prior to vesting and delivery of the Shares, neither the mPRSUs, nor the Shares or any beneficial interest therein, may be sold, transferred, pledged, assigned, or otherwise alienated at any time. Any attempt to do so contrary to the provisions hereof shall be null and void. Notwithstanding the above, distribution can be made pursuant to will, the laws of descent and distribution, and if provided by the Administrator, intra-family transfer instruments, or to an inter vivos trust, or as otherwise provided by the Administrator. The terms of this Agreement shall be binding upon the executors, administrators, heirs, successors and assigns of the Participant.
Restriction on Transferability. Except to the extent expressly provided in the Plan or this Agreement, the RSUs may not be sold, transferred, pledged, assigned or otherwise alienated at any time. Any attempt to do so contrary to the provisions hereof shall be null and void.

Except as otherwise provided under the Plan, until the Restricted Stock Units have vested under this Agreement, the Restricted Stock Units granted herein and the rights and privileges conferred hereby may not be sold, transferred, pledged, assigned, or otherwise alienated or hypothecated (by operation of law or otherwise), other than by will or the laws of descent and distribution. Any attempted transfer in violation of the provisions of this paragraph shall be void, and the purported transferee shall obtain no rights with respect to such Restricted Stock Units.
Restriction on Transferability. Except as otherwise provided in the Plan and subject to Section 9, the Restricted Shares shall not be transferable unless and until (and solely to the extent) the Awardee satisfies the vesting requirements contained in Section 4.

Except as otherwise provided under the Plan, until the Performance Shares have vested under this Agreement, the Performance Shares granted herein and the rights and privileges conferred hereby may not be sold, transferred, pledged, assigned, or otherwise alienated or hypothecated (by operation of law or otherwise), other than by will or the laws of descent and distribution. Any attempted transfer in violation of the provisions of this paragraph shall be void, and the purported transferee shall obtain no rights with respect to such Performance Shares.
Restriction on Transferability. Restricted Stock Units granted hereunder shall not be sold, assigned, transferred, exchanged, pledged or otherwise encumbered or disposed of in any manner by the Employee, except as otherwise approved by the Committee.
Restriction on Transferability. This Option is not transferable by the Director otherwise than by testamentary will or the laws of descent and distribution and, during the Director's lifetime, may be exercised only by the Director or the Director's guardian or legal representative. Except as permitted by the preceding sentence, neither this Option nor any of the rights and privileges conferred thereby shall be transferred, assigned, pledged, or hypothecated in any way (whether by operation of law or otherwise), and no such option, right, or privilege shall be subject to execution, attachment, or similar process. Upon any attempt to transfer this Option, or of any right or privilege conferred thereby, contrary to the provisions hereof, or upon the levy of any attachment or similar process upon such option, right, or privilege, this Option and any such rights and privileges shall immediately become null and void.
