Amount of Compensation. City shall pay Contractor for performance of all Services rendered in accordance with this Contract in an amount not to exceed $12,500,000.
Amount of Compensation. The Adviser shall pay the Subadviser, as compensation for services rendered hereunder, from its own assets, an annual fee, payable monthly, equal to 40% of the investment advisory fee collected by the Adviser from the Fund, based on the total net assets of the Fund existing as of the date hereof (the "base amount"), plus 30% of the advisory fee collected by the Adviser, based on the total net assets of the Fund that exceed the base amount (the "marginal amount"), in each case calculated after any waivers, voluntary or otherwise.
Amount of Compensation. City shall pay Contractor for performance of all Services rendered in accordance with this Contract in an amount not to exceed $2,000,000.
Amount of Compensation. As consideration for performance of the Work required herein, District agrees to pay Contractor the Total Contract Price of Dollars ($ .00) (“Total Contract Price”) provided that such amount shall be subject to adjustment pursuant to the applicable terms of this Contract or written change orders approved and signed in advance by the District.
Amount of Compensation. The City shall pay the Design Professional for performance of all Professional Services rendered in accordance with this Agreement, including all reasonably related expenses, in an amount not to exceed $3,000,000. The City agrees to issue at least one or more Task Orders with a minimum aggregate value of $1,000.00 to the Design Professional.
Amount of Compensation. City shall pay Contractor for delivery of Goods in accordance with this Contract in an amount not to exceed $3,000,000 in accordance with the Pricing Page(s).
Amount of Compensation. In lieu of commissions or other compensation fixed by law for trustees, the Trustee shall receive as reasonable compensation for services as Trustee hereunder the amounts set forth in Schedule A attached hereto, or as may subsequently be approved by Beneficiaries having aggregate Units of at least 75 percent of the total Units held by all Beneficiaries.
Amount of Compensation. The City shall pay the Design Professional for performance of all Professional Services rendered in accordance with this Agreement, including reasonably related expenses, for a total contract amount not exceeding $1,653,200.00. The compensation for the Scope of Services shall not exceed $1,253,200.00, and the compensation for Additional Services (described in Section 3.2), if any, shall not exceed $400,000.00.
Amount of Compensation. The compensation of the Trustee shall be in accordance with the terms specified on Schedule A hereto or upon such other terms and conditions as may be agreed upon by the Trustee and the Beneficiaries holding Trust Units representing at least a majority of the aggregate Beneficial Interests. Schedule A shall apply only to the initial Trustee and, in the event a successor to the initial Trustee shall serve, such schedule shall be deleted from this Agreement and neither such deletion nor the substitution of a counterpart schedule applicable to the successor Trustee shall constitute an amendment of this Agreement.
