Renewal of License. 4.1 The Licensor may renew, if deemed expedient, the period of License by 10 years at one time, upon request of the Licensee, if made during the 19th year of the license period, on the terms specified by the Licensor, subject to extant policy. The decision of the Licensor shall be final and binding in this regard.

Renewal of License. If both the City and the Licensee wish to extend the Term of this License, then, before the expiration of the Term, the City and the Licensee shall enter into good faith negotiations, the object of which will be to agree upon the terms of a renewal of this License. The agreement of the City shall not be withheld unreasonably. If an agreement is reached, all terms, including the agreed-upon consideration shall be reduced to a writing signed by both parties.

The Families Parks and Recreation Director is authorized to execute such renewals, under the same terms and conditions, on behalf of the City without further approval from the Orlando City Council.
