Period of License. A. Residence Halls: With the exception of the summer license period, this License binds the student to live in the Residence Halls for the full academic year consisting of the fall and spring semesters or for that portion of the academic year that remains after the student moves in. A fee will be assessed to students who are approved to cancel the License. The License grants the right to move in no earlier than the week before the first week of fall and spring classes and will end twenty-four (24) hours after the last scheduled spring term final exam. The summer license period will be from the day before the start of summer classes to 10:00am the day after the last day of the final summer term. If early arrivals or occupancy extensions to this License are approved by the Housing Office the terms and conditions of the License remain in force and additional charges will be added to the students’ University accounts.

Note: Cardinal Town and University Pointe are 11.5 month facilities. As such, students who reside there have 2 equal payments in fall and spring that covers their summer rent as well. Failure to reside in these complexes over the summer is not a reason to seek a refund for those charges.
Period of License. This Concession Agreement is valid for June 10 th , 2018. CONCESSIONAIRE agrees to pay for the cost of space, payable by May 18 th , 2018. The above statements are agreed upon by acceptance of this document.

After receipt of a notice of termination of this license, Licensee, shall have no more right to use the Airstrip except to take off once in order to remove all of Licensee’s personal property, including Licensee’s aircraft, from the Property not more than one (1) week from the date the notice is delivered to Licensee
Period of License. This license shall be effective only during the date(s) and time(s) set forth above. Any changes in dates or hours must be agreed to in writing by the parties at least thirty (30) days prior to the beginning of the event.

Period of License. LICENSEE shall be permitted to use Site to begin move-in at 7:00 am Washington, DC local time, on Thursday, July 28th, 2016 and shall have completed move-out and equipment removal immediately following the event, if allowed by the city and its government, at 5:00 pm Washington, DC local time, on Thursday, July 28th, 2016 (the “License Period”). LICENSEE shall provide a production schedule for the Event to LICENSOR at least 30 days prior to the date of move-in.
