Common use of Renewal of License Clause in Contracts

Renewal of License. The Issuing Authority and the Licensee agree that any proceedings undertaken by the Town that relate to the renewal of this License shall be governed by and comply with the provisions of Section 626 of the Communications Act, 47 U.S.C. § 546, and M.G.L. Chapter 166A. The Town shall notify the Licensee of any ascertainment proceedings conducted pursuant to Section 626 of the Communications Act, and shall provide the Licensee with a copy of the record of such proceeding.
