Remote Monitoring. For purposes of determining when repair services are necessary, Operator shall monitor and evaluate the information gathered through remote monitoring of each Facility as well as the maintenance and inspection Site visits.
Remote Monitoring. SONIFI shall use reasonably available means to remotely monitor the Headend Equipment, the In-Room Equipment and the Licensed Software for technical and performance issues during the Term, provided Company complies with its payment obligations to SONIFI and its obligation to furnish at no cost to SONIFI an adequate Internet connection as specified in the SONIFI SORA Agreement.

Remote Monitoring. Some software may require keys or other technical protection measures and HPE may monitor your compliance with the Agreement, remotely or otherwise. If HPE makes a license management program for recording and reporting license usage information, you will use such program no later than 180 days from the date it's made available.
Remote Monitoring. Host, in coordination through the Information Technology Director, will provide an internet portal or equivalent access by means of which Provider will communicate data from the revenue grade performance monitoring system. Provider will be responsible for connecting monitoring equipment for the Project to the internet so that it is possible for Provider and Host to remotely monitor the Project. The Provider shall maintain adherence to the Host’s security policy as defined by the Information Technology Department.
Remote Monitoring. Subject to Clause 9 b) and approval of the Customer, the Company may use an electronic service agent software (“ESA”) to continually remotely monitor the Equipment to ensure it is in good operating condition. The Company will provide the ESA or configure the ESA provided by the manufacturer of the Equipment and ensure it is configured to directly contact the Company for all detected Incidents or impending Incidents. The ESA shall be continually monitored by the Company and Incidents will be reported promptly to the Customer’s nominated service control (as notified to the Company in writing from time to time) with sufficient information and recommendations to permit commencement of any required remedial actions.
Remote Monitoring. Seller shall furnish data communication ports on its control system(s), the Revenue Meters, and the Station Fuel Meter such that Buyer may remotely monitor (read only) selected meter and operating data for the Facility and the Xxxxxx III Units. Buyer shall be responsible for all data communication equipment from the data communications port interface to the point of remote monitoring, including the cost of equipment purchase, installation, operations, maintenance and upkeep. Seller shall furnish or shall cause to be furnished in a timely fashion the necessary interface protocol requirements and specifications of its control system and metering equipment such that Buyer may specify its compatible equipment. Seller shall have the right and opportunity to review and approve the specification of the first interface and protective devices of the Buyer to assure that such devices are compatible with and shall not interfere with Seller's control system(s) and metering equipment, and such approval shall not be unreasonably withheld. The data to be sampled, transmitted, and monitored shall include everything that is essential to Buyer's Dispatch. Such data shall include, but may not be necessarily limited to, the meter outputs and process control system data points set forth in Appendix K, which Seller shall use commercially reasonable efforts to make available to Buyer at Seller's data communications ports on its control system(s), the Revenue Meters, and the Station Fuel Meter.
Remote Monitoring. Consultant will review the designed and selected environmental controls and security systems to determine remote monitoring capabilities. Consultant will present options to Company for systems to remotely monitor the facility.
