Compatible Equipment. In order to file Claims through Verus Online, the Law Firm must provide its own compatible computer equipment that meets technical standards that Verus will from time to time announce. The standards that Verus will set for this purpose will be among those then in general use among businesses transferring information electronically.
Compatible Equipment. In order to file claims through Trust On-line, the Law Firm will provide its own compatible computer equipment that meets technical standards that the Facility will from time to time announce. The standards that the Facility will set for this purpose will be among those then in general use among businesses transferring information electronically.
Compatible Equipment. In order to file claims through Trust On-line, the Claimant will use Claimant’s own compatible computer equipment. The Facility shall have no responsibility for a failure of Claimant’s computer equipment to be compatible with Trust On-line.
Compatible Equipment. In order to file claims through the CRMC’s e-Claims system, the Law Firm will provide its own compatible computer equipment that meets technical standards that the CRMC will from time to time announce. The standards that the CRMC will set for this purpose will be among those then in general use among businesses transferring information electronically.
Compatible Equipment. In order to file claims through MFR Online, the Law Firm will provide its own compatible computer equipment that meets technical standards that MFR will from time to time announce. The standards that MFR will set for this purpose are intended to be among those then in general use among businesses transferring information electronically.
Compatible Equipment. In order to file claims through Silica Online, the Primary Counsel will provide its own compatible computer equipment that meets technical standards that DII Silica Trust will from time to time announce. The standards that DII Silica Trust will set for this purpose will be among those then in general use among businesses transferring information electronically.
Compatible Equipment. In order to file claims through the web based claims system, the Law Firm will provide its own compatible computer equipment electronically.
Compatible Equipment. To ensure compatibility of equipment, Participants shall maintain an inventory of equipment (based on National Fire Protection Association (“NFPA”) standards), including hoses, couplings, pump capacity, communications equipment, and will maintain the minimum standard amount of equipment on each type of apparatus (as recommended by all applicable NFPA standards).

In order to file claims through DII Silica Online, the Pro Se Claimant will provide his own compatible computer equipment that meets technical standards that DII Silica will from time to time announce. The standards that DII Silica will set for this purpose will be among those then in general use among businesses transferring information electronically.
