ACSR Sample Clauses
The ACSR (Automatic Contractual Substitution or Replacement) clause establishes a mechanism for automatically substituting or replacing a party, product, or service under specified conditions within a contract. Typically, this clause outlines the circumstances that trigger substitution—such as non-performance, insolvency, or regulatory changes—and details the process for identifying and appointing a suitable replacement. By providing a clear framework for substitution, the ACSR clause ensures continuity of obligations and minimizes disruption, thereby protecting the interests of the parties and reducing operational or legal uncertainty.
