Remittance of Deductions. All deductions made by the Employer pursuant to this Article shall be remitted to the Union by not later than the fifteenth (15) day of the calendar month following the date of deduction and shall be accompanied by information specifying the names, social insurance number, gross salary and number of hours worked of the Employees from whose pay such deductions have been made and the purpose of the deduction and the amount in each case. The employer will deduct and forward the applicable initiation fee.

Remittance of Deductions. The deductions shall be remitted to XXXX on each pay date. The remittance, at XXXX’x option, may be deposited directly to a designated financial institution or made available for pickup at the Board office by designated XXXX representatives.
Remittance of Deductions. The dues or fair share fee deductions shall be remitted to GEA on each pay date. The remittance, at GEA's option, may be made available for pickup at the Board office by designated GEA representatives or sent to GEA by U.S. mail.

Remittance of Deductions. Deductions shall be made bi-weekly from the pay of bargaining unit members and shall be forwarded to NBUPPE not later than the end of the following month, accompanied by a list of names in alphabetical order, addresses, phone numbers and classifications, and the amount of deductions from each employee from whose wages the deductions have been made.
Remittance of Deductions. The deductions shall be remitted to MOST on or immediately after each pay date. The remittance, at the option of MOST, may be deposited directly to a designated financial institution, made available for pickup at the BOARD office by designated MOST representative or sent to MOST by U.S. mail. The Board shall deduct from the final paycheck issued the balance of the dues deduction from MOST members who leave employment with the District or who go on extended leave. The Personnel Director or his/her designee shall notify the MOST Treasurer and MOST President prior to a change in employment status that results in ending payroll deduction of dues at least ten (10) workdays before such change is to be effective.
Remittance of Deductions. Union dues for the current month shall be deducted during the previous month and remitted to the Secretary-Treasurer of the Union by the 28th of the current month. The Employer will provide the Union with electronic union dues remittance, as determined and required by the Union from time to time when the technology becomes available to the employer.
Remittance of Deductions. The Hospital will promptly remit the monies deducted pursuant to such assignments, with a written statement of the names of employees for whom deductions were made.
Remittance of Deductions. The Agency agrees to remit the aggregate deductions, together with an itemized statement to the Union, by the fifth (5th) calendar day of the succeeding month after such deductions are made.
