Regular Daily Hours. The regular working day shall consist of six (6) hours, between 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. for the office and clerical staff. However, where agreement can be reached locally between the employee and the Employer, such a schedule can be changed. The Union will then be notified in writing. (A possible example would be a mutually beneficial scheduling arrangement whereby an employee would be able to attend a post- secondary course for up to three (3) hours per week.)
