Regular Daily Hours. The regular working day shall consist of six (6) hours, between 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. for the office and clerical staff. However, where agreement can be reached locally between the employee and the Employer, such a schedule can be changed. The Union will then be notified in writing. (A possible example would be a mutually beneficial scheduling arrangement whereby an employee would be able to attend a post- secondary course for up to three (3) hours per week.)
Regular Daily Hours. The regular daily hours of work shall be eight (8) hours per day. No eight (8) hour shift shall be spread over a period longer than eight
