REGULAR WORK YEAR. 1. The annual salary established for employees covered by this Agreement shall be payable in respect of the teachers' regular work year which shall not exceed the number of days as prescribed by the Standard School Calendar.
REGULAR WORK YEAR. Employees who are regularly assigned to work a “five (5) on two (2) off” schedule, shall continue to be eligible to receive one hundred four (104) scheduled days off per calendar year and two (2) additional days off per calendar year not scheduled, but arranged at any time at the convenience of the Department. Days voluntarily worked in whole or in part on scheduled or arranged days off in programs such as CRASH, 55 MPH or RAID are considered as days off for the purpose of this contract.
REGULAR WORK YEAR. 1. Pursuant to the Standard School Calendar established by legislation and regulation (Appendix A):
REGULAR WORK YEAR a. The regular work year for teachers shall be those days identified in the standard school calendar issued pursuant to Sections 77 and 78 of the School Act and Regulations.
REGULAR WORK YEAR. 1. The Board and Union shall, by April 30th of each year, jointly determine the next school year's calendar.
REGULAR WORK YEAR. 20.1 The annual salary established for teachers covered by this Agreement shall be payable in respect of the regular work year. All days in the regular work year shall be scheduled between the Tuesday after Labour Day and the last Friday in June of the subsequent year, excluding Saturdays and Sundays, statutory holidays, Winter Break and Spring Break. If the last Friday in June falls on or before June 25, the regular work year will end on June 30.
REGULAR WORK YEAR. The parties agree that the school year shall be set in accordance with the School Act, and Regulations, the School Calendar Regulations, and with Ministerial Order 122/93 or subsequent order, if applicable.
REGULAR WORK YEAR. Product of the regular workweek multiplied by fifty-two (52) weeks.
REGULAR WORK YEAR. 44 The length of the regular certificated employee work year shall be one hundred eighty (180) days plus any 45 State provided additional days.
REGULAR WORK YEAR. The regular work year for teachers and all unit members at ECRA other than psychologists shall be a total of 182 work days (two of which are non-instructional days and 22 paid holidays) for a total of 204 paid days (otherwise known as C Basis).
