Recognition Bonus. 1. Subject to the terms and conditions described below, you will be eligible to receive a bonus equal to $171,000.00 (the “Recognition Bonus”).

Recognition Bonus. In consideration of (i) Executive's considerable contributions during his long service to the Company, (ii) Executive's services in identifying and training his successor as Chief Executive Officer, (iii) Executive agreeing to resign as Chief Executive Officer on the Change of Status Date and (iv) Executive's execution of this Agreement, the Company shall pay Executive a Recognition Bonus of $1,500,000 promptly after the Change of Status Date.
Recognition Bonus. In recognition of your service, the Board has authorized a $250,000 recognition bonus (the “Recognition Bonus”). This bonus will be paid in a lump sum on the tenth (10th) day after your execution of this Agreement (the “Execution Date”) provided you have met your obligations under this Agreement. In recognition of the significant contributions of the Employee to the successful growth and development of the Company, and in consideration of the Employee's agreement to extend the term of this Employment Agreement, PSC shall pay to the Employee, within 30 days after receipt of the Company's audited financial statements for each calendar year during the Initial Term or the Additional Term, if any, of this Agreement, a bonus of not less than twenty-five percent (25%) of the Base Salary then in effect; provided, that, for the year ending December 31, 1995, the bonus paid to the Employee shall be equal to an amount not less than twenty-five percent (25%) of the sum of (x) the portion of Base Salary allocable to the period commencing on the date of this Agreement and ending on December 31, 1995, and (y) the amount of salary paid by PSC to the Employee for the period commencing on January 1, 1995 and ending on the date immediately preceding the date of this Agreement.
Recognition Bonus. The Company will pay you a Recognition bonus (“Recognition Bonus”) in an amount equal to the amount of any AIP bonus you receive for 2011, less applicable deductions and withholdings. The Recognition Bonus will be paid to you on or before March 15, 2012. The payment of the Recognition Bonus is subject to your employment with the Company through December 31, 2011. If, prior to December 31, 2011, you voluntarily terminate employment with the Company or you are terminated for Cause you will forfeit any Recognition Bonus. If, prior to December 31, 2011, your employment is terminated without cause or due to death, disability or job elimination, any Recognition Bonus will be prorated through your last day of employment. Except as amended hereby, the Agreement shall remain in full force and effect.
Recognition Bonus. Provided that Xx. Xxxxxx is employed by Questar immediately prior to the Distribution and executes and delivers the Release to the Company within thirty (30) days after the Termination Date and does not subsequently revoke the Release, in recognition of Xx. Xxxxxx’x many years of excellent service to Questar and his special efforts and agreements in accomplishing the Separation, Questar shall pay to Xx. Xxxxxx a single lump sum recognition bonus payment of $1,500,000 on the later of the Termination Date or the eighth day following Xx. Xxxxxx’x delivery of the Release to Questar.
Recognition Bonus. 24.5 All bargaining unit employees with a 1.0 timebase or greater, in active pay status, or on leave, as of the date of ratification of this Agreement shall receive a one-time payment of $2,500. Payments will be pro-rated for employees who are less than a 1.0 timebase on the date of ratification. For hourly intermittent employees, the formula for determining the pro-rata amount is as follows:
Recognition Bonus. Following the ratification of this Collective Bargaining Agreement by the Union, there shall be a one-time bonus, non-base building, payment of 2% for each employee in active pay status, or on leave, as of the date of ratification.
