Non-Discrimination in Employment. 9.3.1 CONTRACTOR shall comply with Executive Order 11246, entitled “Equal Employment Opportunity,” as amended by Executive Order 11375, and as supplemented in Department of Labor regulations (Title 41 CFR Part 60).

Non-Discrimination in Employment. The Contractor shall comply with the nondiscrimination provisions of federal and Maryland law, including, but not limited to, the employment provisions of §13-219 of the State Finance and Procurement Article, Maryland Code and Code of Maryland Regulations 21.07.01.08, and the commercial nondiscrimination provisions of Title 19, Subtitle 1, State Finance and Procurement Article, Maryland Code.

Non-Discrimination in Employment. 23.1 CONTRACTOR certifies and agrees that all persons under its employ, its affiliates, subsidiaries, or holding companies, are and will be treated equally by it without regard to or because of race, religion, color, national origin, political affiliation, marital status, sex, age, or handicap, in compliance with all applicable Federal and State non-discrimination laws and regulations. This includes compliance with Executive Order 11246 entitled “Equal Employment Opportunity,” Executive Order 11375 and as supplemented in the Department of Labor Regulations (41 CFR Part 60).
Non-Discrimination in Employment. The CONTRACTOR shall not discriminate against any employee or applicant for employment because of age, sex, race, creed, or national origin. The CONTRACTOR shall take affirmative action to ensure that applicants are employed and that employees are treated during employment without regard to their age, sex, race, creed, or national origin. In the event the CONTRACTOR is determined by the final order of an appropriate agency or court to be in violation of any non-discrimination provision of federal, state or local law or this provision, this Contract may be cancelled, terminated or suspended in whole or in part by the TOWN, and the CONTRACTOR may be declared ineligible for further contracts.
Non-Discrimination in Employment. The Contractor agrees: (a) not to discriminate in any manner against an employee or applicant for employment because of race, color, religion, creed, age, sex, marital status, national origin, ancestry or disability of a qualified individual with a disability; (b) to include a provision similar to that contained in subsection (a), above, in any subcontract except a subcontract for standard commercial supplies or raw materials; and (c) to post and to cause subcontractors to post in conspicuous places available to employees and applicants for employment, notices setting forth the provisions of this non-discrimination clause.

Provider shall not discriminate against any employee or applicant for employment because of race, ethnicity, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, age, religion, national origin, disability, color, ancestry, citizenship, genetic information, political affiliation or military/veteran status, or any other status protected by federal, state or local law or other unlawful form of discrimination. Provider shall take affirmative action to ensure that applicants are employed and that employees are treated fairly during employment. In the event Provider is determined by the final order of an appropriate agency or court of competent jurisdiction to be in violation of any non-discrimination provision of federal, state or local law or this provision, this Agreement may be cancelled, terminated or suspended in whole or in part by County, and Provider may be declared ineligible for further County agreements.
Non-Discrimination in Employment. The Contractor shall not discriminate in the hiring or assignment of personnel on the basis of race, creed, color, national origin, sex, age, disability, citizenship status, veteran status or any other reason precluded by law.
Non-Discrimination in Employment. During the term of this Contract, Contractor agrees and obligates itself in the performance of this Contract not to discriminate against any employee or applicant for employment because of the employee's or applicant's race, religion, national origin, ancestry, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, age, physical handicap, marital status, domestic partner status, or medical condition. Contractor shall take affirmative action to insure that applicants for employment are treated, during the term of this Contract, without regard to the aforementioned factors and shall comply with the affirmative action requirements of the Los Angeles Administrative Code, Sections 10.8, et seq., or any successor ordinances or law concerned with discrimination.
