AIP Bonus definition

AIP Bonus means any cash award in respect of a Plan Year under the Company’s Annual Incentive Plan (known as the “AIP”).
AIP Bonus means the annual cash incentive bonus a Participant is entitled to earn pursuant to the applicable Company bonus plan or program as established and amended by the Compensation Committee from time to time.
AIP Bonus means the amount of the annual bonus for a given Performance Year payable to a Participant, as determined by the Administrator in accordance with the AIP Bonus Formula and in accordance with the terms and conditions of the AIP and the Bonus Formula Methodology approved by the Administrator for the applicable Performance Year. An AIP Bonus is not payable to a Participant until it is earned and vested in accordance with the terms of the AIP.

  • Company reserves the right to amend, modify or cancel the AIP; provided that if Company does modify the financial goals of the AIP for any Fiscal Year which were set by Company at the commencement of such Fiscal Year, such modification will not affect the calculation of Employee’s AIP Bonus for such Fiscal Year, if any (in other words Employee’s AIP bonus, if any, shall be calculated pursuant to the financial goals set at the commencement of the applicable Fiscal Year).

More Definitions of AIP Bonus

AIP Bonus means any payments received by an Eligible Employee during the first Quarter of a Plan Year (or as soon as practicable thereafter) for services performed in the prior Plan Year pursuant to a bonus that is classified as an “Annual Incentive Bonus” under a bonus, incentive or long-term compensation plan of the Corporation or an Affiliated Company.
AIP Bonus means a Participant’s managerial incentive bonus approved for payment under the Annual Incentive Program of Chevron Phillips Chemical Company LLC.

Related to AIP Bonus

  • Cash Bonus means an award of a bonus payable in cash pursuant to Section 10 hereof.

  • Incentive Bonus means a bonus opportunity awarded under Section 9 pursuant to which a Participant may become entitled to receive an amount based on satisfaction of such performance criteria as are specified in the Award Agreement.
