Public Holiday Rates. Public Holiday rate – applies to those hours worked on the public holiday. This shall be paid at time one (T1) in addition to the ordinary hourly rate of pay (as defined in clause 2.5.2). (See clause 4.1 for further clarification.)
Public Holiday Rates. (i) An employee (except for a Casual employee) who performs work on one of the holidays prescribed in subclauses 26(c) & 26(d) hereof shall be paid a special rate as follows:

Public Holiday Rates. 13.1 The days on which New Year’s Day, Good Friday, Easter Monday, Christmas Day, Boxing Day, Australia Day, Anzac Day, Queen’s Birthday, Labour Day, are observed together with such other days which may be proclaimed by the government and which are observed as public holidays, will be recognised as public holidays for the purposes of this agreement.
