PROTECTION OF RECORDS. Consultant/contractor shall protect from harm and damage all data, drawings, specifications, designs, models, photographs, reports, surveys and other data created or provided in connection with this Agreement (collectively, "County Property"), while such data and materials are in consultant's/contractor's possession. Such duty may include, but is not limited to, making back-up copies of all data stored by electronic device on any media, taking reasonable actions to prevent damage by impending flood or storm (including, but not limited to, removing the County Property to a safe location), and establishing and enforcing such security measures as are reasonably available, considering the customary practice within consultant's/contractor's trade or profession. If requested by County, consultant/contractor shall furnish to County copies of any and all disks containing drawings and other pertinent data prepared by consultant/ contractor in conjunction with this Agreement.
PROTECTION OF RECORDS. Cisco shall implement appropriate procedures designed to protect records from loss, destruction, falsification, unauthorized access, and unauthorized release, in accordance with legislative, regulatory, and contractual requirements.
PROTECTION OF RECORDS. The nurse’s office of each school shall be equipped with files and other facilities capable of being locked in order to insure the protection and confidentiality of records.

To the extent that Contractor has access to Fannie Mae’s records, Contractor agrees to maintain, and to ensure that all of its subcontractors and agents maintain, appropriate measures to protect the security, confidentiality and integrity of such records, including measures to protect against the unauthorized use, access, destruction, loss or alteration of such records. Fxxxxx Mxx retains the right to review audits, test results or other equivalent evaluations related to these measures.

This insurance also applies while records of accounts receivable are being removed to and while at a place of safety because of imminent danger of loss or damage and while being returned therefrom, provided the insured gives written notice to the insurer within ten (10) days of such removal.

KI and its affiliates, at their expense, have a duty to and shall protect from disclosure any and all Student and/or Client Records which they come to possess or control, wherever and however stored or maintained, in a commercially reasonable manner in conformance with current industry standards. KI or its affiliates shall implement and maintain a comprehensive data security program for the protection of Records whether the Records are stored electronically and/or in hard copy form. The safeguards contained in such program shall be consistent with and comply with the safeguards for protection of Records, and information of a similar character, as set forth in all applicable federal and state law and written policy of Client or the NJ State Board of Education (“NJBOE”) concerning the confidentiality of records. Such data-security program shall include, but not be limited to, the following: A security policy for employees related to the storage, access, and transportation of data containing Records; Reasonable restrictions on access to records containing Record information, including access to any locked storage where such records are kept; A process for reviewing policies and security measures at least annually; Nothing in this Section shall supersede in any manner KI or its affiliate’s obligations pursuant to HIPAA, FERPA, or the provisions of this Agreement concerning the obligations of KI as a service provider to Client.

PROTECTION OF RECORDS. To cooperate fully with the Municipality and the State and to maintain and protect complete construction records at the field office for review, use, and approval at all times. These records shall be transferred to the custody of the Municipality when the Consulting Engineer has completed his assignment or when requested by the Municipality and final payment to the Consulting Engineer shall be withheld until such transfer has been completed.
