The Insured Property Clause Samples
The Insured Property clause defines exactly which assets, items, or interests are covered under the insurance policy. It typically lists or describes the specific property, such as buildings, equipment, inventory, or personal belongings, that the insurer agrees to protect against specified risks. By clearly identifying what is insured, this clause ensures both parties understand the scope of coverage and helps prevent disputes over what is included in the event of a claim.
