Covering Schedule definition

Covering Schedule means the Covering Schedule contained in the first part of this Agreement;
Covering Schedule means the Schedule contained in Part Two of this Agreement;
Covering Schedule means the covering schedule to this agreement;

  • The Seller means the Party as more fully described in Clause 1.1 of the Covering Schedule.
