Reference source not found. is the preliminary Project Layout of the Project that sets out in schematic format the preliminary location of all improvements of the Project ("Project Layout"). As part of the Milestone Deliverables for NTP and as a Condition Precedent for NTP, Seller shall furnish Buyer an updated Project Layout that is consistent with the { SOLARSolar/WINDWind} Energy Easements, Pro Forma Title Policy, ALTA Survey and Environmental Reports and Studies and Permits and that otherwise complies with the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
