Project Limits definition

Project Limits means that area of Construction for the Project, including all areas between and within the Right of Way boundaries as shown on the Design Plans.

Project Limits. The Project limits of each geographic Section are established in each RCs’ contract. They extend generally between major proposed station locations along the Phase 1 route at a logical breakpoint between Sections. Project Limits. ECHO’s proposed services will be performed within a well‐defined area (i.e. Project Limits) as shown on the attached exhibits.
