Existing Features. Signs and decorative features shall be moved and set back and replaced in kind. The existing street lights removed with this project shall be delivered to the City of Gardner’s maintenance facility at 000 X. Xxxxxxxxxxx Xxxxxx, Xxxxxxx, XX 00000. Please contact Xxxx Xxxxxxx with the City of Xxxxxxx at 000-000-0000 to coordinate. Contractor shall remove equipment in a manner as to limit damage and return to City in acceptable condition.

Existing Features. Adjustment to IRCTC's rate-card for the number of quota units consumed by any existing API operations will take effect any time 15 days after notice to you. Any changes to Quota Charges per quota unit will take effect any time at least 30 days after notice to you.

Existing Features. The Contractor shall be responsible for investigating, locating and protecting all existing facilities, structures, services, flow lines, and pipelines on, above, or under the surface of the area where equipment transport, sediment pipeline installation, dredging, and filling operations are to be performed. The Owner will not be held responsible for damage to the Contractor’s equipment, employees, Subcontractors, adjacent property owners, or anyone else connected with the Project due to encountering objects above and below the water surface. Existing Features. 28.1 The Contractor will protect buildings, fences, gates, walls, washing lines, landform, vegetation and other site features that are to remain in position during the performance of the Service. Any damage caused to existing features through the Contractor’s negligence will be reinstated at the Contractor’s expense.   • Unbundled Port Features 4.2.10.1 Charges for Unbundled Port are as set forth in Exhibit A, and as specified in such exhibit, may or may not include individual features.
