Existing Features. The Contractor shall be responsible for investigating, locating and protecting all existing facilities, structures, services, flow lines, and pipelines on, above, or under the surface of the area where equipment transport, sediment pipeline installation, dredging, and filling operations are to be performed. The Owner will not be held responsible for damage to the Contractor’s equipment, employees, Subcontractors, adjacent property owners, or anyone else connected with the Project due to encountering objects above and below the water surface.   • Unbundled Port Features 4.2.10.1 Charges for Unbundled Port are as set forth in Exhibit A, and as specified in such exhibit, may or may not include individual features.
