ALTA Survey. Lender shall have received a current ALTA survey of the Property (the “Survey”) completed in accordance with Senior Lender’s requirements, satisfactory to Lender and to the Title Insurer and certified to Senior Lender, Lender (and its successors and assigns) and the Title Insurer.

ALTA Survey. A current ALTA survey of the Property (the “Survey”) prepared by a surveyor or engineer licensed by the appropriate governmental authorities of the jurisdiction in which the Property is located and otherwise acceptable to Agent. The Survey shall be satisfactory to Agent and to the Title Insurer and shall be certified to Agent Lenders, and the Title Insurer as (a) having been prepared in accordance with the “Minimum Standard Detail Requirements for ALTA/ACSM Land Title Surveys,” jointly established and adopted by ALTA and NSPS in 2005, (b) containing Table A Items 1, 2, 3, 4, 6, 7(a), 7(b)(1)-(2), 7(c), 8, 9, 10, 11(a), 13, 14, 15 and 16 and (c) meeting the strictest accuracy requirements of an ALTA Survey.
ALTA Survey. Buyer shall have obtained the Survey in a form reasonably satisfactory to Buyer.

ALTA Survey. The Administrative Agent shall have received an as-built A.L.T.A. survey of the Xxxxxxxx Complex Site, reasonably satisfactory in form and substance to the Administrative Agent, reasonably current and certified to the Administrative Agent for the benefit of the Lenders and the title company issuing the mortgagee’s title insurance policy by a licensed surveyor reasonably satisfactory to the Administrative Agent, showing (i) the locations on the Xxxxxxxx Complex Site of all the buildings, structures and other improvements and the established building setback lines, (ii) the lines of streets abutting the Xxxxxxxx Complex Site and width thereof, (iii) all access and other easements appurtenant to the Xxxxxxxx Complex Site, (iv) all roadways, paths, driveways, easements, encroachments and overhanging projections and similar encumbrances affecting the Xxxxxxxx Complex Site, whether recorded, apparent from a physical inspection of the sites or otherwise known to the surveyor, (v) any encroachments on any adjoining property by the building structures and improvements on the Xxxxxxxx Complex Site, (vi) if the Xxxxxxxx Complex Site is described as being on a filed map, a legend relating the survey to said map, and (vii) the flood zone designations, if any, in which such Xxxxxxxx Complex Site is located.

ALTA Survey. Purchaser shall be responsible for obtaining a current ALTA survey of the Property (the “Existing Survey”).
