Producer Compensation a. During the term of this Agreement, XXX agrees to pay commissions to the Producer at the commission rate agreed by XXX and the Producer in connection with each policy placed under this Agreement. XXX shall pay commissions to the Producer within sixty (60) days after the end of the month in which SIMreceives and records the premium for each policy.

Producer Compensation a. Producer Compensation. Since January 1, 2009, none of the Company Subsidiaries compensates or has compensated its Producers or any other intermediaries related to the Insurance Contracts using any method other than calculating such compensation as a straight percentage of premium.

Producer Compensation. In exchange for the duties listed in section 1 above, Filmmaker shall compensate Producer as follows:
Producer Compensation. Phoenix shall pay compensation as provided in the Compensation Schedule(s) attached hereto and incorporated herein. Phoenix shall pay the compensation on payments received by Phoenix for Phoenix Products which are produced in accordance with this Agreement and which are delivered to the proposed Policy holder. Phoenix shall not pay compensation under this Agreement to the Producer unless the Producer is legally authorized to receive it. Phoenix reserves the right in its sole discretion to alter or amend the compensation payable to Producer under this Agreement and any such change will be effective for compensation payable on or after the effective date of such change. Phoenix shall notify Distributor or Producer if there is no applicable Distributor of such change by any means deemed appropriate and reasonable by Phoenix. Producer acknowledges that such notification by Phoenix to Distributor constitutes sufficient notice to Producer. If any Phoenix Product sold by Producer is lapsed, terminated, or not taken, no commission thereafter shall be payable to Producer. If a Producer or a Representative replaces an existing Phoenix Product in whole or in part, the Compensation Schedule(s) is inapplicable and Phoenix, in its sole discretion, shall determine what, if any, commissions shall be payable in accordance with Phoenix’s procedures in effect at the time of such replacement.
Producer Compensation. Aetna may pay a varying producer compensation to Customer’s benefit consultant for services provided to Aetna or Customer and Customer acknowledges and consents to Aetna paying such producer compensation. Information regarding the producer compensation is available through the Customer’s benefit consultant or Aetna.

Producer Compensation. Your Producers will be required to enter into standard producer contracts with Unum in order to receive compensation, for the sale of Unum Products. Unum will pay compensation in accordance with its applicable schedules ("Exhibit B"). Such compensation will be paid directly to Your Producers in the same manner as Unum compensates its other producers. Compensation rates may be changed from time to time as set forth in such contracts. Compensation will be paid only to Your Producers who are properly licensed and appointed in the state in which an application is taken. Unum has the sole right to terminate such contracts subject to Unum's normal business policies and procedures. Existing producer contracts between Unum and Your Producers will continue in effect, subject to termination by Unum in accordance with its rules then in effect for all such contracts. Unum Products written under existing contracts will not be used in determining the Marketing Service Fees payable to You pursuant to this Contract. Unum will not knowingly enter into a separate contract with Your Producers for Unum Products as long as Your Producer still maintains an active relationship with You. However, if Your Producer demonstrates in writing that his or her relationship with You has ended, Unum may enter into a new producer contract not subject to the terms of this Contract.
Producer Compensation. 5.1. Producer shall be compensated for each Product sold in accordance with the commission or fee schedule (the “Commission Schedule”) set forth in the applicable Exhibit as identified below. Renaissance reserves the right to amend on sixty (60) days written notice to Producer, the Commission Schedules of this Agreement in the Exhibits below for New Insurance Business produced by or on behalf of the Producer. “New Insurance Business” shall be defined as business produced on or after the effective date of the Commission Schedule as amended.
