Phoenix Products definition

Phoenix Products means the Phoenix insurance product(s) identified in the Compensation Schedule(s). (7) “Nonpublic Personal Information” means financial or health related information by which a financial institution’s consumers and customers are individually identifiable, including but not limited to nonpublic personal information as defined by Title V of the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act and regulations adopted pursuant to that Act. (8) “Parties” means Broker, SGA and Phoenix. (9) “Policy holder” is a person or entity that has purchased a Phoenix Product and entered into an insurance contract or policy with Phoenix. (10) “Protected Health Information” or “PHI” refers to information related to individuals who have applied for, have purchased or are insured under Phoenix Products that are considered to be health plans subject to HIPPA, such as Phoenix’s long-term care insurance policies and riders, for the purposes of this Agreement and, consistent with regulations issued pursuant to HIPAA. PHI is defined as individually identifiable information that is transmitted or maintained in any medium and related to: the past, present or future physical or mental health or condition of an individual; the provision of health care to an individual; or future payment for the provision of health care to the individual. This definition of PHI includes demographic information about the individual, including, but not limited to, names, geographic subdivisions smaller than a state (including but not limited to street addresses and ZIP codes); all elements of dates (except year) for dates directly related to an individual, including but not limited to birth date; telephone numbers; fax numbers; electronic mail (E-mail) addresses; Social Security numbers; medical record numbers; health plan beneficiary numbers; account numbers; certificate/license numbers; vehicle identifiers and serial numbers, including license plate numbers; device identifiers and serial numbers; Web Universal Resource Locators (URL’s); Internet Protocol (IP) address numbers; biometric identifiers; including finger and voice prints; full face photographic
Phoenix Products means the Phoenix insurance products identified in Schedule 3.1.
Phoenix Products means Phoenix’s clinical candidate, Z944.

"Phoenix Products" does not include (a) any system software products intended by Phoenix for use in products other than desktop computer or server computer products, including but not limited to embedded or special purpose computers or portable computers, or (b) application software products even though intended for the desktop computer or server computer market segments whose primary purpose is something other than to replace or enhance functions performed by the products described in the first sentence above. "Phoenix Products" includes any Tools related to the development and support of Phoenix Products. However, if such Tools have been developed by third parties, and (a) if Phoenix does not have the full license rights to provide those Tools to Intel under the licenses herein, then Phoenix will provide the Tools subject to third party license restrictions or (b) if Phoenix has no right to provide those Tools to Intel under the licenses herein, then Phoenix has no obligation to provide Intel such third party Tools, but will not take any actions to prevent Intel from directly licensing such Tools from a third party.

  • Tobacco products means cigars, cigarettes, cheroots, stogies, periques, granulated, plug cut, crimp cut, ready rubbed, and other smoking tobacco, snuff, snuff flour, moist snuff, cavendish, ping and twist tobacco, fine-cut and other chewing tobaccos, shorts, refuse scraps, clippings, cuttings and sweepings of tobacco, and other kinds and forms of tobacco, prepared in such manner as to be suitable for chewing or smoking in a pipe or otherwise, or both for chewing and smoking.

  • SAP Products means Software, Documentation, SAP Materials, Services, Subscription Services, Cloud Services and Maintenance Services. “SAP SDK” means SAP software development kit that includes tools such as APIs, source code, redistributable files and instructions. “Services” means SAP’s then-current services offered under and described in detail in the applicable SAP PartnerEdge Model.
