PRE AND POST TRIP. In recognition of the fact that Drivers are required to prepare and safety- inspect buses prior to placing the vehicle in service, and to inspect the vehicle they use and complete an assignment post-trip procedure, the District will allow: ● AM - 30 minutes between clock-in and depart terminal ● AM - 10 minutes between return to terminal and clock out ● PM - 10 minutes between clock-in and depart terminal ● PM - 15 minutes between return to terminal and clock-out ● Stand alone mid-days that have drive time of 2 hours or longer will have 10 minutes on both sides (if stand alone) When circumstances require additional time, (for any of the activities described above) the supervisor should be contacted and the supervisor will allow reasonable time as appropriate to the task. No employee, whose bus cleaning time is scheduled at any time other than the end of their work day, shall be disciplined nor adversely affected in any way unless it is proven the cleaning was not done.

PRE AND POST TRIP. In recognition of the fact that Drivers are required to prepare and safety- inspect buses prior to placing the vehicle in service, and to inspect the vehicle they use and complete an assignment post-trip procedure, the District will allow thirty-five minutes and allow for additional time if reasonably needed to complete pre-and post-trip activities. Pre-and post-trip activities include the safety inspections, vehicle preparation, and fueling. The time will be built into the run/bid packages. The District shall in addition to the minimum of thirty-five minutes (or additional if reasonably needed) allow an additional ten (10) minutes during the operators schedule to complete paperwork and cleaning activities. In the event an operators schedule does not provide for the ten (10) minutes, the ten (10) minutes will be added to the operator pay time. When circumstances require additional time, (for any of the activities described above) the supervisor should be contacted and the supervisor will allow reasonable time as appropriate to the task. No employee, whose bus cleaning time is scheduled at any time other than the end of their work day, shall be disciplined nor adversely affected in any way unless it is proven the cleaning was not done.
PRE AND POST TRIP. A Driver shall perform and document a pre-trip and post-trip inspection on his/her assigned vehicle each day prior to beginning his/her first run, and a “mini-inspection” at the beginning of each subsequent run, if the vehicle has been parked. A Driver shall also remove all trash or other material left behind by passengers at the end of his/her workday. Twenty (20) minutes per day shall be allowed and paid for this activity, providing the Driver furnishes the Employer with documentation that the work has been performed as provided in this Section. If a driver requires additional time to complete the end of day clean up duties, they must receive prior Supervisor approval and document it on the drivers’ route summary sheet.

  • Leave Without Pay for the Care and Nurturing of Pre-School Age Children Subject to operational requirements, an employee shall be granted leave without pay for the personal care and nurturing of the employee's pre-school age children in accordance with the following conditions:

  • Orientation and In-Service Program The Hospital recognizes the need for a Hospital Orientation Program of such duration as it may deem appropriate taking into consideration the needs of the Hospital and the nurses involved.

  • Tax Examinations Abroad 1. A Contracting Party may allow representatives of the competent authority of the other Contracting Party to enter the territory of the first-mentioned Party to interview individuals and examine records with the written consent of the persons concerned. The competent authority of the second-mentioned Party shall notify the competent authority of the first-mentioned Party of the time and place of the meeting with the individuals concerned.

  • ORIENTATION AND INSERVICE 20.01 An orientation and inservice program will be provided to all employees; these programs shall be reviewed and discussed from time to time by members of the Union-Management Committee. The Committee will promote an environment that supports continuous learning, enhances opportunities for career development and will assist in the assessment, analysis, development and evaluation of the education programs at the facility.

  • Requirements Pertaining Only to Federal Grants and Subrecipient Agreements If this Agreement is a grant that is funded in whole or in part by Federal funds:

  • GEOGRAPHIC AREA AND SECTOR SPECIFIC ALLOWANCES, CONDITIONS AND EXCEPTIONS The following allowances and conditions shall apply where relevant: Where the company does work which falls under the following headings, the company agrees to pay and observe the relevant respective conditions and/or exceptions set out below in each case.

  • Erosion Control Structure Maintenance During the period of this contract, Purchaser shall provide maintenance of soil erosion control structures constructed by Purchaser until they become stabilized, but not for more than 1 year after their construction. Contracting Of- ficer may agree to perform such structure maintenance under B4.218, if requested by Purchaser, subject to agreement on rates. Purchaser shall not be responsible for repair of such structures damaged by other National Forest users whose activities are not a part of Pur- chaser’s Operations.

  • Employment Security and Income Maintenance Plan 21.1 The provisions of the governing Supplemental Agreement shall apply with respect to the Employment Security and Income Maintenance Plan.
