Employment Security and Income Maintenance Plan. 20.1 The provisions of the governing supplemental agreement shall apply with respect to the Employment Security and Income Maintenance Plan.
Employment Security and Income Maintenance Plan. 32.1 The Employment Security and Income Maintenance Plan shall be that Plan established by the Employment Security and Income Maintenance Plan Agreement dated June 18, 1985 as revised, amended or superseded by any Agreement to which the parties to this collective agreement are signatories.

Employment Security and Income Maintenance Plan. The parties hereto agree to meet within days following signing of the Memorandum of Agreement referred to in Clause hereof to the Employment Security provisions of this Memorandum of Settlement, and Article of Agreement as amended hereby so that an Security and Income Maintenance Plan will established in respect of employees covered by this Memorandum of Settlement. PASSES The Unions' proposal concerning Passes is resolved on the basis of the letter attached hereto as Appendix "A".

Left Blank "Excepted" and "Starred" Positions The position of under the jurisdiction of the Records Department will be completely excepted from the terms of the Agreement. This function will be performed by part-time or other employees who will not be part of the bargaining unit. Bargaining unit employees will not be used to relieve this position except for coffee breaks and short periods of relief during the day. The following "starred" positions shall be bulletined in the usual manner when vacant and shall be subject to the general terms of the Agreement except that displacement rules do not apply.
