During the Term of Employment, the Company shall provide the Executive with the use of an automobile in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Company's Assigned Vehicle policy.
Prior to the termination of the Credit Agreement and the payment in full of all Liabilities of Grantor, the Collateral Agent shall execute and deliver an appropriate release of the Lien of this Agreement and any Mortgage with respect to any Assigned Vehicle which Grantor wishes to sell, provided that no Default or Potential Event of Default shall have occurred and he continuing.
