Responsible Parties. Government Support Services (GSS), Division of Facilities Management (DFM) and Department of Natural Resources and Environmental Control (DNREC) Chief Operating Officer, are responsible for developing and managing the implementation of the Green Cleaning Policy and Plan. Responsible Parties. F.3.1. The Contractor is responsible for payment of the income tax, social security contributions and turnover tax due for the Employee placed at its disposal. The Contractor will indemnify the Client against all claims of the tax authorities and/or social insurance agencies due to the Agreement with the Client.
