Responsible Parties. For the Project covered by this Agreement, the parties shall be responsible for the following work as stated in the article of the Agreement referenced in the table below:
Responsible Parties. Personnel involved with various elements of the green cleaning program shall carry out their tasks according to this policy, and report all relevant activities to the aforementioned parties. To ensure an effective and coordinated effort, the Division of Facilities Management and Government Support Services staff responsible for overseeing Janitorial service contract and the Green Cleaning Policy and Plan shall review all proposed cleaning activities before implementation. Responsible Parties. Both Parties will be responsible for coordinating all restoration activity for service interruptions requiring emergency maintenance and/or downtime including incident isolation, testing and repair work for the systems, network and applications either leased or supplied by a specific Party or located within a premised occupied and controlled by that Party. Third party vendor coordination will be the sole responsibility of the Party who initiated service with that vendor.
Responsible Parties. The Collateral Agent may deem and treat each Secured Creditor named herein (or in any other Loan Document provided to the Collateral Agent) as the Secured Creditor hereunder and under the Security Documents for all purposes hereof unless and until written notice of the permitted assignment or transfer of such Secured Creditor’s rights hereunder and thereunder shall have been filed with the Collateral Agent. Any request, instruction, authority or consent of any Person who at the time of making such request or giving such instruction, authority or consent is a Secured Creditor hereunder shall be conclusive and binding on any subsequent successor, assignee or transferee.
