Videography. The following terms relate to the offer to supply Photography and/or Videography services ("the Services") by "the Company" to the "Client".
Videography. E. All eligible members of Unit A must maintain a valid educator’s license issued by the Massachusetts Department of Elementary and Secondary Education (DESE) at all times during their employment or be eligible and/or approved for Waiver Status. Newly hired teachers pending certification will be granted a reasonable length of time not to exceed six months from the date of hire to obtain appropriate certification. Receipt of satisfactory submission to DESE shall meet the requirements of this provision.
Videography. Sessions will not be videotaped by ACTO. Presenters wishing to videotape their session must:  Obtain prior approval by ACTO (requests will not be granted on-site at conference);  Provide their own videographer and equipment;  Arrange and pay for any necessary electrical or other services through ACTO’s official provider;  Insure session is not disrupted in any way and the videographer remains in the designated area provided;  Insure equipment set-up does not interfere with session start time and dismantling does not interfere with the start of the following session.  Failure to comply with the above will result in the removal of the videographer from the session room.

Videography. It is vital for the above advertiser to be prepared for the videographer at the mutually agreed- upon filming date. Failure to do so will result in the ad either being delayed or made without the use of video. If the advertiser can’t be available during the week the videographer is in town, an alternate representative should be designated by the advertiser to act on the advertiser’s behalf. (initial) Digital Motion Design - If Client is planning to provide ad materials, these materials must be submitted to 1 Better Production Department (xxxxxxxxxx@0xxxxxx.xxx) *within 10 business days from the date of sale. Failure to meet this deadline could delay the on screen debut of the ad by 90 days. (initial) Upon the ads completion, advertiser will have 5 days to proof the ad and direct changes (including errors) before digital advertisement is premiered on the theatre screen. Failure to respond may cause a 90 day delay. Additional production charges are incurred on changes made after the on screen premiere. This agreement authorizes 1 Better to use advertiser’s trademarks, logos, or other intellectual property in the on screen ad. Advertiser is solely responsible for any copyright and trademark infringements. In exchange, advertiser agrees to pay 1 Better a total of $ for the above lease period in the following manner: a down payment of $ (minimum 30% down, non-refundable) upon signing the agree- ment and monthly payments of $ each or until ad total is paid in full. (ad cost per audience $ ) A $25.00 fee will be assessed to the client’s bill for any late payment (beyond 45 days of invoice) or check returned from the client’s bank. Videography. Provide condition assessment with equipment capable of recording high resolution video footage and capturing digital images of problem area(s), in addition to written report documentation a minimum of 100' of all underground storm drain outfalls into the creeks. The firm performing the high resolution video recording must be specialized and have experience in performing this type of work. The video footage should have reference to beginning point, be able to measure/tracked distance traveled in the pipe, and correlate the video and/or photo image used in the written assessment report. The written report shall have a description of the underground pipe location in relation to the main channel, a brief discussion of assessments including reference to high resolution video footage and photos taken for problem area(s), date and time the assessment is being conducted. A pre-final draft report along with the video and photos shall be provided to the District for review and comments/acceptance, prior to final for signature. A DVD containing the high resolution video and digital photos, the final signed report in pdf and in Word shall be provide to the District, along with two (2) hard copies of the final report.
Videography. Your photographer, videographer, and DJ may arrive (1) hour before the start of your rental time. They may prepare an area for photographs, but must not interfere with the Settlers’ Village staff or visitors. Client has permission to use the recording of Xxxx’s presentation(s) within the client’s organization only for up to 60 days, after which continued use of the recording of Kent’s presentation(s) is not permitted without written permission from Live It Forward, LLC.
