Regular Reviews. Axcient shall ensure that its security measures are regularly reviewed and revised to address evolving threats and vulnerabilities.

Regular Reviews. 12.1 A Care Plan, tailored to meet the individual needs of the Resident will be developed. This will be in conjunction with the Resident, and their family or significant other if the Resident wishes them to be involved. This plan will be regularly reviewed by the Home in full consultation with the Resident, their family and/or appropriate other and, where appropriate, external healthcare and social care professionals. 12.2 Reviews shall take place one month after the Resident has moved in and regularly thereafter in order to monitor and evaluate any changing needs that the Resident may have. Details of reviews will be clearly documented and kept securely.

Regular Reviews. Each Purchaser and the Supplier will attend regular formal reviews. The agenda will include (without limitation) a review of: (a) performance in last period, including comparing actual stock levels versus expected; (b) any pending supply problems and corrective actions; (c) forecasts and business outlook for coming periods; (d) stock levels, Stocking Policy, Safety Stock, Cumulative Lead Times, Delivery Times, Lead Times, Procurement Times, and Supply Times; (e) phase in and phase out intentions, End of Life Notices and any discontinuances under clause 15, and any other end of life matters under clause 17.1; (f) storage conditions; (g) the full package multiples; (h) discrete demand intentions; (i) Supplier’s compliance with clause 22; (j) quality standards and control procedures, and Supplier’s compliance with Specifications and quality standards and control procedures; (k) product cost projections for next twelve (12) months and cost down achievements secured to date (including engineering initiatives); (l) any change in control or ownership of Supplier; (m) Supplier’s compliance with the Best Procurement Practice; (n) the planning process and day to day relationship between the Supplier, Purchaser and Aristocrat’s representatives and personnel (as applicable); (o) minuted Contract Note variations; and (p) KPIs, and Supplier’s compliance with KPIs.

Regular Reviews. The parties will meet at intervals of no greater than one year to review the operation of this Agreement and resolve any issues which have arisen under this Agreement.

Regular Reviews. Vendor will engage in regular review sessions in a jointly agreeable cadence with the City to analyze any on-going problems with the System Functionality and the Support Services, analyze the root causes of both resolved and unresolved problems, and explore and employ methods of improving the Support Services generally.

Regular Reviews. The technical and organizational measures are reviewed on an ongoing basis and adapted to the state of the art if necessary.

Regular Reviews. 9T Labs reviews the Customer’s system regularly and in any case at least once per calendar year or immediately after an Update. It provides a check list with specific check points and additional notes regarding the Services which have been carried out as well as recommendations regarding the rectification of Errors as well as vulnerabilities of the system in case that such have been determined during the process. This regular review will take place during quieter Business Hours and is agreed between the Parties in advance. Reviews that take place outside the agreed Business Hours will be charged for separately unless they start at least two hours within the Business Hours.
