Payment of Maintenance Fees. Unless otherwise specified in Appendices hereto, Maintenance Fees shall be paid annually in advance in an amount calculated as the then current percentage factor multiplied by the then current list price of the Software licensed hereunder.

Payment of Maintenance Fees. (a) Upon execution of this Agreement, the Client agrees to pay Granicus, Inc. the first month's Managed Service Fees.
Payment of Maintenance Fees. If Miramar elects not to pay any maintenance fee on any of the Assigned Patents, Miramar shall notify The Foundry in writing of its decision not to pay such maintenance fee not less than thirty (30) days before such maintenance fee is due. Upon receiving such notice, The Foundry shall have the option of (a) consenting in writing to the decision of Miramar not to pay the maintenance fee; or (b) paying the fee at its discretion, upon which payment Miramar shall assign such patent application or patent to The Foundry and, except as expressly set forth herein, all rights and obligations of Miramar with respect thereto shall terminate and revert to The Foundry. Absent an express written agreement between the parties, in no event shall the assignment of any patent or patent application to The Foundry under this Section 5.3 relieve Miramar of its obligations under Section 3.4(b) with respect to any Valid Claims of such patent or patent application.
Payment of Maintenance Fees. Licensee agrees to pay to OpenText in a proper and timely manner all Maintenance Fees as set out in Schedule A to this Agreement, or in the event that the parties do create a Schedule A, as set out in applicable invoice delivered by OpenText to the Licensee. OpenText shall be entitled to charge interest on all amounts overdue by more than 30 days at the rate of one and one-half percent per month until such time as OpenText receives full payment from Licensee of such overdue amounts. In addition, any failure of Licensee to pay any amounts within thirty days of the date when they became due shall allow OpenText to suspend the provision of any or all Maintenance Services until such time as all overdue amounts have been paid.
Payment of Maintenance Fees. On or before May 31, 2000, Buyer shall pay to Qwest the $25,000 Scheduled Maintenance Fee for the Initial Maintenance Term. Payment of Maintenance Fees. Payment of the Maintenance Fees by the Company to the Contractor shall be made on a monthly basis, within 15 days following receipt of a monthly invoice (issued subject to receipt of the relevant data from Company). The monthly invoices shall be calculated so that 80% of the Maintenance Fees, calculated as one twelfths of the annual maintenance fees recognized by the Company in the preceding month shall be paid to the Contractor no later than the 15th day of the following month and the remaining 20% of the Maintenance Fees shall be paid to the Contractor upon the Company's actual receipt of payment from the Customer for such Maintenance Services, in the monthly payment immediately following such payment by the Customer. It is hereby clarified that as to the maintenance fees paid by Customers to Company preceding the Effective Date and relating to Services to be performed following the Effective Date, Contractor shall be entitled to fees pro-rata to the time Maintenance Services are provided by it according to this Agreement, calculated according to the prepaid incomes and incomes receivable attached hereto as Exhibit H.
