Payment of Annual Leave on Termination. On the termination of their employment, an employee will be paid their untaken or pro-rata annual leave.
Payment of Annual Leave on Termination. If, when the employment of an employee ends, the employee has a period of untaken paid annual leave, the employer must pay the employee the amount that would have been payable to the employee had the employee taken that period of leave.
Payment of Annual Leave on Termination. 7.2.14 Any accrued or pro-rata Annual Leave entitlement shall be paid upon termination of employment. The 17½% loading referred to in sub-clause 7.2.10 shall apply to fully accrued leave on termination but does not apply to proportionate leave payable upon termination.

However, if the employee leaves or is dismissed, the employer must pay the employee one twelfth of four week’s pay at Agreement rates for each full month the employee has worked or since last qualifying for leave. If the employee hasn’t qualified for leave yet, the employer must pay the employee a proportionate amount for each full month worked since the employee began working. Proportionate pay does not include leave loading. The payment for accrued leave under this clause shall be less any leave already taken by the employee.
Payment of Annual Leave on Termination. (a) Where an Employee with outstanding annual leave entitlements under this clause is terminated, they shall be paid for all outstanding annual entitlements up to the date of termination.
Payment of Annual Leave on Termination. 22.4.1 Upon termination, staff will be entitled to be paid for any accrued, but not taken, Annual leave, Long Service Leave, Election Leave and Conference Leave.
