Parts and Service. If and to the extent that, during the Term, Licensee offers after sales service and spare parts to Customers on the XXX.xxx Site, which shall be at Licensee's sole discretion, Licensee shall, for [*] following expiration or termination of this Agreement, provide comparable after sales service and spare parts to Customers as provided by Licensee immediately prior to such expiration or termination. In no event shall Licensor be responsible for providing after sales service or spare parts to Customers of the XXX.xxx Site.

Proposer shall detail its ability in business days to provide parts and describe its process for timely delivery of any out of stock parts. Club Car maintains a parts inventory of approximately $12M at its Appling, Georgia location and has a 95% fill rate. Club Car Authorized Dealers also stock parts locally. Club Car’s Authorized Dealer Network and Club Car’s Factory Direct Service Technicians provide both parts and routine vehicle services across all areas of North America. Parts will be provided within 5 days of the request with the exception of a parts availability issue. All out of stock parts will be prioritized from our corporate headquarters and updates will be communicated along the way.

  • Use of Basement and Service Areas The basement(s) and service areas, if any, as located within the (project name), shall be earmarked for purposes such as parking spaces and services including but not limited to electric sub-station, transformer, DG set rooms, underground water tanks, pump rooms, maintenance and service rooms, fire fighting pumps and equipment's etc. and other permitted uses as per sanctioned plans. The Allottee shall not be permitted to use the services areas and the basements in any manner whatsoever, other than those earmarked as parking spaces, and the same shall be reserved for use by the association of allottees formed by the Allottees for rendering maintenance services.

  • Accessories, Spare Parts and Tools Accessories, spare parts and tools dispatched with a piece of equipment, machine, apparatus or vehicle, which are part of the normal equipment and included in the price thereof or which are not separately invoiced, shall be regarded as one with the piece of equipment, machine, apparatus or vehicle in question.

  • Service Areas The MCP agrees to provide services to Aged, Blind or Disabled (ABD) members, Modified Adjusted Gross Income (MAGI) members, and Adult Extension members residing in the following service area(s): Central/Southeast Region ☒ Northeast Region ☒ West Region ☒ The ABD and MAGI categories of assistance are described in OAC rule 5160-26-02.   • Switching System Hierarchy and Trunking Requirements For purposes of routing iNetworks traffic to Verizon, the subtending arrangements between Verizon Tandems and Verizon End Offices shall be the same as the Tandem/End Office subtending arrangements Verizon maintains for the routing of its own or other carriers’ traffic (i.e., traffic will be routed to the appropriate Verizon Tandem subtended by the terminating End Office serving the Verizon Customer). For purposes of routing Verizon traffic to iNetworks, the subtending arrangements between iNetworks Tandems and iNetworks End Offices shall be the same as the Tandem/End Office subtending arrangements that iNetworks maintains for the routing of its own or other carriers’ traffic.
